It's been getting hard to handle all of the stress and problems lately, I usually use music to help cope with everything but I was wondering what you guys do?

Not having a life that's collapsing around my ears helps quite a lot.
-------------------- Let it be seen that you are nothing. And in knowing that you are nothing... there is nothing to lose, there is nothing to gain. What can happen to you? Something can happen to the body, but it will either heal or it won't. What's the big deal? Let life knock you to bits. Let life take you apart. Let life destroy you. It will only destroy what you are not. --Jac O'keeffe

It means, when I'm NOT in the process of losing my wife to addiction, friends to cancer and suicide, losing my house and my dog, losing my gym of 7 years, and losing all faith in the career I've worked so hard at for 14 years... I'm pretty stable.

Definitely gotta put a vote in for the Shroomery. This place helped me a lot in the dark times.

Just be positive, know that all bad things pass, nothing is worth stressing over. The universe will take care of you, everything will be okay.

Not so sure about the universe. This guy said it well IMO:

I try to find joy in something and do it. sometimes its music, sometimes booze, sometimes both. Many times its doing things that serve me well, and living to find things that are worth appreciating.

This usually helps me. It's all gotta end some time. And then we get another chance. I mean, assuming your death isn't pure and utter nothingness or completely hell because you touch yourself. Mine isn't.
I've personally been relying too much on drugs lately myself but that's just because I'm trying to push too much stuff at once. If I weren't a dumbass and could just tone down and step back a little bit on the lifeing then it would be relatively easy to orient my mind in a picture of harmony and not giving a fuck

Post up a pic of your bike please man. My bikes are definitely one of the main things that keep me stable. This one has been bringing a lot of happiness into my life recently:

If I was to make a list, by order of effect, it'd go something like this:
1. Friends 2. Music 3. Motorbikes 4. The Shroomery 5. Psychedelics

Used to be drugs Still is to some extent although now it's more like medication as opposed to hard drug abuse.
Excersize keeps me from wanting to kill people, so that's always good.
Friends are the key though. Good company beats all.
Music is good too

Ah man you got a smoker. I'm gonna be laying my hands on a CR250 soon as I get to Australia, I can't fucking wait. It's been years since I've enjoyed that 2 stroke powerband, let alone the glorious smell and the music to my ears that is 'ring-ting-ting-ting-ting'...
Thanks man!
As for my bikes, I'm facing a really hard decision right now. I might have to sell the Fireblade:

Which I said I'd never do. Me and that bike have been through SO much together. But there's a good £7,000 locked up in that machine and I might need to access it quickly. It's gonna fucking break my heart if I have to, it really is.

Ya something about the 2 strokes just gets me. I love working on them, the parts are cheap, its a very simple engine, they mqke great power if you know how to utilize it. Most all of my riding buddies have gone 4 stroke which is fine but imma stick to my smoker
Damn that cbr is nice, i love the clean look of the white. Im sure that thing is a rocket. I honestly dont trust myself on the road, not to mention trust the drivers around me. Im surei wouldn't have a problem riding one though, im pretty good on 2 wheels.
Juat had a buddy i went to school with die from an accident he was 22 i think. Was with his buddies and he was messing around flying by doing wheelies he came down, got head wobble, hit a curb and was thrown off the bike into a sign post. It cut off his arm and he bleed to death. I knew it was going to happen to him sooner or later. And unfortunately it did
