Plastic wrap on surface of casing / water droplets (Picture)

I have some 16 qt tubs that I fill with rye spawn , h-poo / verm mixture. Once colonized I put them in a Martha to fruit.
The lids are loose, and there's a lot of air-space between the casing and the lid. On my last attempt, I started getting fruits well before full colonization, and ended up with lots of uneven results.
Someone suggested that I should put down some plastic wrap right on the surface, then poke some air holes in it for GE during colonization.
I'm getting some very rapid colonization now, but I'm a bit concerned about the water droplets on the plastic wrap.
Should I be ok with this, or am I asking for trouble with all that moisture near the surface?
Here's a picture:

This is dated information, light is beneficial to all stages of beatings.

So I'll take it off, but any soggestions to prevent early pinning and encourage full colonization?

Full colonization is the no1 pinning trigger unless it's contaminated it will not pin before it colonizes 100%
