Does a darker spore syringe mean quicker spawn colonization?

Nope not at all. Could even be theres to much and it will slow germination down. Dunno if thats true but have read it more than 1 time....

Not quicker at all , but better odds of successful germination . IMHO
But clear looking ones can be just as productive .
