I bet you would be goo with 1 brick coir, 2 quarts verm, 4 quarts water, and at least 4 quarts spawn

For 66 at monotubs a very decent recipe is:
1 650g brick of coir 2.5qts course verm or 2.25ish qts fine vermiculite 2handfuls granular gypsum 5.5qts boiling water for hydration/pasteurization via bucket tek
4-7 qts spawn will work very nicely.

I'm leaning toward 1:2-1:3. Want a quick yield but dont want quick to sacrifice BETTER.
also, sorry if this is repetitive. I found a lot of good info on here but not specifics.

TEK says 4-7 quarts. I'm using 1 gallon bags of rye grain. I bought 3 bags. Sounds like I may need more?

Awesome thanks! Great recipe. However I'm using grain bags instead of quarts. I guess that's where I'm running into trouble.

Pour(and count) quarts of water into your tote until itβs at 2.5-3.5 inches deep. That give you total sub depth. Up to half of that can be spawn but usually people do more like 1:2 which means spawn would be about 1/3

If it's the 66 qt tub I'm thinking of, 12 qts of substrate+spawn will get you a depth of 3 inches, and 16 qts will give about 4 inch depth. A 650g brick of coir hydrated is about 8-9 qts, add 5 qts of colonized grains, should be good.
