Mushrooms stopped growing, need help ( w/ pics)

So let me start out by saying that I'm a new, first timer who decided to make an account to seek help after several days of un-noticeable change. I've been an avid follower of this forum for quite some time, and even based most of my current experimenting off of research by other members here. So, to start, i inoculated 6x 1pint B+ jars. (I know that's not the jars called for in the recipe, but I had already fully committed to it) It took a little over a month for the cakes to completely consolidate and then I birthed them into a 66qt sterilite clear tub that I converted into a SGFC with a perlite bottom. I followed all the steps to the T on dunking and rolling, wiping the inside of the FC with alcohol and maintaining cleanliness. I fan and mist 3-4 times day, and have given the cakes plenty of light. After about 3 days in the chamber I started to see little pins then heads....I had one that grew about a quarter of an inch in length and about an 1/8 of an inch wide...I became overjoyed...but that ended after a few more days went by and the cakes stopped growing the fruits...the big one only grew another cm and then it aborted. After researching, I picked it right before the head turned black and I ate it. (Weak but enjoyable). The cakes began to form small blue spots on them, but they do not seem dried out as they are still heavy and moist. It has now been two weeks today that I have had my cakes in the chamber, and there has been no noticeable change, and I'm beginning to worry. im posting some pictures and at request I can take more, in order to seek potential guidance on my grow. I want this to be successful, but mostly, use this as a learning experience for my next grow. Thanks.

Those are loaded with bacteria. That's half the problem. Also some cakes look dry, others look too wet. Where is the chamber located?

I've got it in my unused guest room, sitting three feet off the ground and two feet from a window. I closed the vents and keep the room at 80f. I have a fan blowing at an adjacent wall to keep circulation.

Shit man, and I thought I had it all right too. Ha okay, well is there any potential chance of these cakes being resilient and coming back from contams? Or do I need to toss them? I'm not understanding where I went wrong in the first place.

80f is way too warm for indoor fruiting temps. Mid to low 70s is just fine!

Bacteria won't hurt much in an unbroken colony other than your yield. Keep em until they stop producing or start molding. 80 is a little high but not a deal breaker if that's the lowest he can get.

Looks stalled from bacteria after actually looking closer at the pics. The odd color pin stipes and especially the bottom of the cake in the 3rd pic. Eww that's sour looking

but what I want to know why that started at the bottom of the cake, how to get rid of it so I can finish this yield or allow the cake to have another, and to prevent this in future grows. What would be the proper next steps necessary to proceeding with these cakes, if any at all?

Besides what you had advised me on, I went ahead and removed the fan and opened the vents back up slightly then adjusted the temperature down to 73, should be a few hours before it hits that. The sudden change in temperature shouldn't hurt the enviorment right?

No it's not that drastic of a change. Outdoors temps can vary 20 degrees or more during a 24hr period.
