My game plan, anything I missed?

So after months of research, several posts, and many moments of feeling like a complete dumbass I've finally devised a game plan.
Like most noobs I'm starting with the PF Tek, I've found everything I need locally and rather than steam sterilizing I'm going to get a PC (if my first grow is successful I'll need it to continue).
After my first flush I'm going to take my strongest fruit and clone to agar and isolate till I have a clean strong strain of myc. I'll also take spore prints of other strong fruits to make my own spore solution to continue PF.
With my isolate I'll start rye or WBS (depending on whether or not I can find rye locally or not) and spawn to a 50/50 coir/verm bulk sub in a mono (until I'm comfortable enough with pasteurizing to step up to hpoo/straw) with a 1:2 spawn sub ratio (maybe 1:1?)
I'll continue using my isolate until senescence becomes an issue at which point I'll have plenty of prints to make new and possibly stronger isolates.
Is there anything I'm missing?

You are missing the most imporant thing, taking it slow. You haven't even gathered all the stuff that you are going to need and you are already thinking about senescene and shit. Start slow, try new things slowly till you can do this with your eyes closed.
I will give you some suggestions though. If you are getting a PC, there's nothing stopping you from going straight to bulk and especially agar. Agar is the best tool in mycology, both for getting successful grows and for learning what matters most, which is sterile tek.
If you intend to clone, you need agar anyway. Using agar for clones and spores for cakes/grains is silly. You have the best tool for clean inoculant yet you are going to use it for something else.
Also, a clone is called a clone, an isolate is a different thing. An isolate is when you start with a spore inoculated petri dish and keep transferring until you end up with a culture that doesn't sector, meaning that only a single strain remains.
Senescene won't be a problem if you know what you are doing, which is why I'm suggesting to you to take it slow. Do some research, learn the basics and stick around the forums to pick up the small details along the way. To avoid senescene for example, everyone uses slants. A culture will easily last for at least a decade with slants, which is more than enough time to get another good clone.
Best plan of action for a begginer that is getting a PC would be to start off with agar from day 1, get clean cultures, do some grain spawn and spawn that to some coir and verm into trays which are then thrown into a mono. What this does is reduce your chances of losing an entire grow from a single bad jar since a mono is going to have multiple seperated subs in it.
Once you get pins, then start worrying about clones and whatnot.
Edit:
Oh by the way, look for grains in horse feed stores. You can buy a 20-25kg sack for cheap. Doesn't have to be rye. If you can get different types of grains try them one at a time to see which you like best/is easiest to prep. I prefer oats personally but this will be different for everyone.

There's probably only a dozen people in all of cultivation that ever experienced real senescence

Take it slow, bro.
ALWAYS do separate casings in a big tub.

AND a big tub. DO BOTH.

My first grow btw. the tub got funky and had to be trashed. I was so depressed but my casings gave decent fruits and I got about three flushes.

Thanks guys, looks like I'm going to do some grain shopping and hopefully find agar locally. I live in a small rural town so grain almost definitely won't be an issue but agar might, but there are a lot of old people here so maybe not. The coir I'm gonna have to order for sure unless they have it in one of the pet shops the next town over, might get lucky enough to find agar too! I've still got plenty of time to gather supplies and do research, I have to wait till it cools off a bit before I can start because my window units struggle to keep the house below 80. My biggest concerns right now are my iguana and concealment. My iguana free roams and gets into everything (even the wall a couple times, never figured that one out) and she's already ate 5 of my pot plants and my aloe vera. I'm not so worried about her eating my crop as I am her taking a nice healthy shit on my tubs or knocking jars over. As far as concealment goes I've filled up most free space with my plants and I need my little corner for slinging ink. I'm sure I'll figure something out though. I'm glad I ask questions and throw my plans out for advice instead of jumping in head first. My original plan months ago was to get some rye myco bags and fruit in vitro. Thank God I didn't do that! Again thank you guys for all the advice someday soon it will pay off.

Already looked into that. I'm going to do the bulk of my work in a SAB until I can afford to build a flow hood, HEPA filters are so damn expensive. Neighbors aren't an issue, I live out in bum fucked egypt, plus I plan on growing edibles to sell at the farmers market, it's the only produce I can't get locally, so IF anyone has any questions about all the "weird" things I'm buying there's my answer, although I'm sure people will have a hard time believing at first that some inked up punk is growing edible mushrooms.

Ignore that comment dude, if you can get shit done well in a SAB, all the power to you. If you can get used to a SAB to the point where upgrading to a FH won't effect your success rate, there is no reason to buy one unless you're just looking for something more comfortable.
A flowhood is far from a requirement for agar work.

Thanks, I still plan on building a FH but way down the road. I like the fact that they let you move a little more freely. I didn't see any reason why a SAB wouldn't work as long as you kept your shit sterile.
