They said get here for 8am
So indeed I did, I waited until 11am,
then I read my rights and apparently if I did not turn up at 8am a warrant would be issued for my arrest, so at this point being 11am I made a citizens arrest on the judges for failure to attend the court at the designated time (equally as they had done for me). It didn't work out too well
Just joking I didn't do shit... what am I but 1 man Vs hundreds or thousands or drones in wigs and uniforms :/
Another thing that made me laugh though, my paper work stated if I pleaded guilty I would received a 1/3rd reduced sentence. Now if thats not institutionalised financial / moral corruption then I dunno what the fuck is.
I spoke with my lawyer and as it happens my perceptive abilities in the polices inconsistencies could of got me off not-guilty (likely about 90% chance according to lawyer as the police failed to keep the DNA evidence and they lied in their testimony which I proved at the time of interview /murked cops) - however the lawyer actually advised me to plead guilty due to finances being my primary concern.
If I pleaded guilty I wud receive a £300 fine and walk away paying it back at just £5 per week. If I pleaded not - guilty tho (which most likely would of succeeded due to massive negligence on the part of the police) I would pay approximately £5000 in court and lawyer costs (expensive but at least innocent).
In the end I pleaded guilty and took the £300 fine and the criminal record for a traffic violation as opposed to the £5k Now thats what I call fair justice in England 2016. Criminal records for the non - wealthy FTW. :/

How long will that criminal record last? If it is 5 year +, fuck that. Pay that 5k and get non-guilty. Think about how a criminal will hinder your day to day life and progress in society.

Thats not an issue for me TBh buddy as I've been self-employed almost all my life and also in the UK you can lie about it the job application (there are 0 checks in place). This has been noted in public years due to pedophiles getting jobs in schools here
I'm actually doing very well in terms of work... I move to another country in 10 weeks where weed is essentially legal (decriminalised) and will be setting up a small distribution network for the non-elitist humans that understand making a fucking plant illegal is retarded and won't ever work. :-)
Weed is going to be my industry, legally from now on - I'll be moving where ever and doing whatever it takes to make it work! I mean really what other industries are left? The laws on monopolisation have clearly failed from the fact you can just pay off the guys who enforce them if you have a monopoly.
Drugs, specifically weed for my generation is the final untapped industry, a chance for us to survive without enforced slavery...

The black robes tell you all you need to know about this joke of an admiralty law court system. Long live the Crown, peasants.
