Looks like a panaeolus species, maybe pan. Pap? Possibly could be p. Cinctulus, definitely wait for a TI!

Looks kinda brown print, which would rule out both of my suggestions.

Yeah these look like Panaeolus foeniscii. You can take a sharpie and make a mark next to each print to compare color. If there is even the slightest hint of brown, they are Panaeolus foeniscii. If they are jet black and match the sharpie, they might be P. cinctulus.

Thanks for info guys. I checked the spore print this morning and is a dark brown. Going with p. Foeniscii. I did some reading and from the looks of it, they aren't very tasty and don't do much. Anyone wanna give a shot at IDing these ?

Just found these ones (below) near a river.

It looks like in the first 3 pics it looks like you have Agrocybe pediades. I don't know about the ones you found near ther river (4th and 5th pics)

Now that pic reminds me of hypholoma so. But I'm on my cell phone and driving at same time...so this is a very untrusted guess =]....and I'm in unpopulated area only risking my own life and some deer crossing roads...so don't get mad ppl

remember, when posting for ID purposes, gather as much info as possible on the species you want IDed...if multiple species, get info on all of them, key notes being...Growing from what? Color? Gills? Spore Print? and most importantly try and get detailed pictures of every part of the mushroom, including growing from its natural habitat. Otherwise you will get many of whats listed above as, "Looks like" "Maybe a" "More like it could be" instead of a T.I. coming in and saying "That is"....just sayin, welcome to shroomery, have any questions feel free to PM me.
