Especially 2C-P is brilliant, because orally it takes 5 hours to come on and lasts 10-20 hours. Rectally it takes 1 hour to come up and lasts about 12 hours, MUCH more managable AND, twice as potent.

Water, coffee, and tea are the three things I drink the most of.
I don't drink soda, or even juice, I have watermelon juice and kombucha every now and then, but I smash water.
I wake up and drink a 33.8 fl oz bottle of water before anything, then I drink coffee, then before I head out the door for the day I drink another 33.8 fl oz bottle of water with fresh squeezed lemon in it, which really gets me going.
I don't know how much water I drink everyday, but it's a lot. I am drinking store brand spring water now, which isn't the best but it's cheap, that's why I add lemon to it, which is also supposed to make the water alkaline once metabolized, which is supposed to be good for you.
I don't like having so many plastic bottles, but I recycle them so that's cool.
I was just boiling water to make some kava/green tea with, and I was curious how you could collect the condensation so that you could store it to drink it, that would be good water then.

Ive been forgetting to add plant material to my water collection. Cucumber is good too, basil leaves, watermelon, those added flavinoids are for your mental and physical state. Also, cold coffee all day every day..
There's something about drinking from cold glass that makes the water so enjoyable. I've spoiled myself with it to the point that I avoid plastic all together. HDPE #2 is the best plastic to drink from imo though. (Milk jug type plastic)
I knew a guy in Arizona built a glass dome contraption that would be suspended above lava rocks which were soaked in water. It would bake in the Arizona sun and the glass would catch the condensation and channel it into a container. Looked like too much work for just a bit of water every day.

Grape flavour is crazy, its the least realistic fruit flavour. It's called Methyl anthranilate lol. I wiki'd it. It's used as a bird repellant and used on crops for pest management, and it's fed to children and adults, seems safe tho

I remember what I missed about shrewsbury prison was the lovely lovely Welsh water. Very soft, so tasty.
I saw they had a steam distiller in the homebrew shop for £170. Gives me an idea of what the cost is. I've drunk distilled water before, sure, it's flat and boring, but it's clean at least. As for minerals, that water is used (along with rainwater) in all the food I eat.
