I drink mostly all day. Occassionally i get sodas like Cola Cola vanilla or Pespi cherry vanilla, or Squirt or something like that.
i drink water mostly cause it tastes good but the main reason is that its cheap and doesnt make my stomach hurt.

Leeching plastic is no conspiracy, but the detectable levels in normal bottled water is so low it doesn't harm us at all i'd say.
Safest plastic is usually HDPE #2 (milk jugs)

Carbonated water is not healthy, its bad for your teeth (acidity) and its non-oxygenated so its not food for your GI tract. I like the taste though so I occasionally drink it.
Cans of carbonated spring water will never go bad. Good for your SHTF kit :shtf:
My tap spring water is alkaline. I try to alkalize with vegetables.

I worried about that. I buy the vintage soda waters from walmart because they are huge and cheap and satisfy my soda craving. I thought they just used baking soda to add bubbles. No more of that then

Its carbon dioxide, which we exhale from metabolism.
Make no mistake, carbonated water is almost as healthy as water or tea, its better for thirst than milk or juice.
Very tasty: 50% juice, 50% carbonated water (much healthier than softdrinks, kids love this)

Man I swear it's like everything at one point or the other has been a speculative cause of cancer. Too much juice? I even read the other day that they've allegedly found cancer causing agents in a lot of the drinking water across the US. Pretty soon they're going to tell us that too much clean air will cause cancer.

Better be careful, breathing is slowly killing you
@OP - lately I've been making a point to drink more water, I literally lived off soda for years and wondered why I felt like shit all the time, almost cut out soda completely and now I try drinking mostly water throughout the day, feel better from it to

Tortoises live like hundreds of years and they take about 1 breath of oxygen every 5-10 minutes so I guess they have it figured out.
I'm gonna start breathing like a tortoise now.

I drink a lot of gatorade as opposed to water. I have to have my sugary drinks. I usually drink a 16.9oz bottle of water every night before bed too though. Ill drink more if im really active at work.
When i used to be working out 7days a week i drank a gallon a day, but i havent had the drive to get back into a routine.
Other than that its soda or tea.

Would that work with ketamine?
I mean what's worse? Snorting a large line of ketamine? or taking a ketamine shit the next day after squirting it up your ass?
Do both of those ways have the same effects?

I drink 5-8 quarts a day, but I'm often outside in the sun for work, and I do a lot of running. I sweat more than the average person, doesn't take much heat before I'm completely drenched in sweat and I sweat a lot when I sleep. I assume I sweat so much more because of my water intake though, definitely keeps me cooler in the summer.
I suppose I consume a lot of caffeine which dehydrates you as well. I add salt to my food often. Not sure how that effects water consumption. If I drink less than a gallon over the course of the day, I feel dehydrated.

Ketamine is almost the only dissociative thats not very active orally or anally.
You would need hundreds of miligrams.
All other dissociatives are amazingly active rectally.
Very notably Deschloroketamine.

I have rectified:
MXE O-PCM O-PCE 3-MeO-PCE 3-MeO-PCP 2C-P 2C-E 2C-D 2C-C
and more, all to good effect.
Especially 2C-P is brilliant, because orally it takes 5 hours to come on and lasts 10-20 hours. Rectally it takes 1 hour to come up and lasts about 12 hours, MUCH more managable AND, twice as potent.

Yeah I drink beer which is mostly water.
At night I usually have a glass or bottle of tap water on hand. I wake up with dry mouth and gulp down quite a bit.

Only in 50ml doses. Much more overwhelms me.
I clock up about 3-4 litres in a day though.

I used to drink about two litres a day from a filter, but, that filter is 5 years old and the hard water in my area (it's 300+milligrams of chalk per litre, not to mention all the other crap, and 2ppm CaF) has fucked it. I drink tapwater as and when I need it.
Sometimes I get soft bottled water and it tastes sweet in comparison, but I'm wondering if it's ever so slightly acidic and I confused my tastebuds with sweet/sour all those years ago with miracle berries.
