My home got raided

... and I guess I was super lucky.
What happened: 3 Police officers forced their way past me after I opened the door (the warrent tey showed me afterwards). I was in complete shock. They searched my apartment, not too thoroughly though. They said they suspected a cannabis grow in here because someone had talked to the police about the smell. I never even smoked a joint for years. I thought it was the beginning of the end, as they asked me what kind of mushrooms were flushing right there on my desk, and what kind of plants were growing before the window (poppies). I said I didn't know either. I was absolutely sure of being completely fucked now... I even shut down the laptop right before their eyes despite they told me not to. But I didn't want them to see that I was just browsing the shroomery. This made them very mad! And I thought they would confiscate (which one actually ordered to the other) it now plus my phone to leave me for dead in this electro-society.
Before my inner eyes, I saw it all going down the drain, my freedom, my drivers license, my license as a vet, my peace of mind ... FUCK ME!... I thought.
But in the end they just ignored the mushrooms and left without taking or protocolling anything. Case closed? I hope so...
My landlord must have been the initiator of this, since the cops knew one tiny little (wrong) detail about my energy bill, that only could have come from him. Also I have one window covered with this security blanket foil to keep the sun-heat out. They found that quite suspicious.
But my privacy has totally been raped and I don't feel secure in my own home now. Can I ever trip again in peace? Happily grow the things I like? Will I ever get over this that at anytime 3 cops could ring the bell the bell and storm my place? I mean at the very least they know now that I am a shroomy... and could decide to pay me a visit every now and then. That feeling is the real tragedy for me although it could have ended much worse.
For fuck sake... i was mentally raped!
Oh by the way... just ignore my signature.

Not true. They'll just brake the door down. They'll even search your house in your absence. In Germany at least.

Well... they had a warrent! And probably probable cause. What are you even talking about?

Get a couple of hd cameras and record. If the event you go to court over this you can record any unlawful action by the police. Throw th case right out the door

You never mentioned a warrent, just you opening a door, and them pushing past you into your house. Bullrushing is a trick they use on people if they open the door.
Did they leave you with a copy of the warrant?
What you describe is really hokey sounding man, they had a warrant and probable cause for and from what? Cuz u smell funny? Sounds like they lied to you, bullied their way into your place, and harassed all you because you opened the door.
Only three cops? Minimal 6 to 10 cops everytime ive went through a in house search, three times now.
Not putting you down, or speaking ill towards you, I just dont think they had a warrant

scary dude. i'd consider yourself retired from cultivation. they had probably cause. it is entirely possible they did not have a warrant, but they had probably cause and permission from the property owner to enter. doesn't really matter now though. you might not be so lucky next time so if i were you, i'd get out of the game right now. it's not worth losing your professional license you worked so hard for, much less going to jail for.

This. Your attorney will thank you.
