Following franks somewhat. Got a decent head about me... kind of just "making WBS"

I soaked the seed for about ten hours, added 6 cups of strong coffee, simmered until seeds broke with fingernails, drained, strained, then.... added a bunch of paper towels to the grains. I like to dry them pretty well. I also ran out of paper towels so I used a clean pair of undies to finish the job.

Load in jars made exactly as pasty plates are made. Used a small nail for GE holes. Don't own a droll or know the size of the nail hole. Smaller than a piece of millet, so nothing should stick to it.

All that effort to dry wbs. Totally unnecessary and probably a hinderance more than anything. ur grains are probably under hydrated cause WBS will often absorb the final bit of water in the PC cycle.

They honestly look abit drier than usual.... I'm considering doing LI just to give em a little water back. For my next 15 jars to go, open em up and add... any guess of how much water per jar? Couple tablespoons?

3jars short still... soaking more WBS.

Used the last of my 20lb. Bag. Looks like this "run" of 21 jars took exactly 20lbs of seed. Nice reference point. I was a little skimpy on the jars. I'd say a pound of dry WBS per jar.

Can't believe I just ran through 20lbs of WBS in less than 2 days. I know that's nothing to some of you Big dogs. But yeah,... done fucking around

nah you're far from it, rather start looking into when to give fresh air for conks.
if you dont get the answers you're looking for here ask the search engine and dont choose mush cult only, lots of great info in the gmm forums,
but as I said Ihavent grown reishi myself yet so dont put too much into what I say I just know from the pics I've seen yours is far from done.

If you're in a hurry, might have to find out slow
That it's one thing to try and another to fly
You get there quicker just a step at a time
It's one thing to bark, another to bite
The show ain't over till you pack up at night
