Fucking hell.
Those able to be found used?
Whilst searching, to no avail on the PC, I lined up a brand new presto dehydrator for 20 bucks instead of 40. Been meaning to get one for a while but rarely have 40 spare dollars at once. It's in the town I went to get the agar. We are meeting at the Asian Mart. Score!

At least in my experience, they do not do their jobs well after a couple PC cycles. The lids don't pop on and seal the way that the circle ones do, and after a couple uses the lid was just sitting on top of the container, impossible to seal. I chucked all of my squares. Still using the same circles though! I actually prefer the twist lock ones though, definitely my favorite. Easy to see and work in, and plenty of room for mycelium expansion
You run the round glad mini rounds enough they loosen up as well, some of my lids will fall off if I flip the container upside down. I like them better once they get loose, easy to lift up and close the lid with the same hand I'm holding it in with the scalpel in the other hand. I hate working with the stiff new ones until they loosen up.

The top one is fully colonized but the bottom one needs a shake. Straight millet looks different from grains like rye or oats. His might be a smidge bacterial but that could just be the pic as well.

An All American 941 can be found used, ebay for sure even amazon carries used ones, and I once in a while here about people scoring them on craigslist. It is a good investment and will last forever, and a killer time saver for spawn.

What would you do if you had this many dishes with damaged sleeves?
I seriously think this supplier filled my order with returns. They were packed well, and some of the damaged sleeves have pretty big rips.

I guess I could pour them and wait a bit before use, but jfc.

Are you just talking about the bags being ripped? If so, why worry, you'll be sterilizing everything before you use it anyway. As long as dishes and lids aren't broken you should be fine from what I see.

Petri dishes come pre-sterilized in sealed plastic sleeves, and remain sterile until the sleeve is opened or damaged. You can't PC polystyrene petri dishes, and my gamma ray machine seems to be broken down at the moment

But Ken, they're supposed to arrive sterile. We can't PC plastic petri dishes. Unless you happen to have a gamma sterilizer at home…
edit:
I dunno, man. Have you contacted them?

Yeah I did; they're getting new ones to me and were pretty cool about it. I was kinda worried they'd think I was bullshitting them that literally 90% of my order was fucked with ripped sleeves.
I just hate to see ALL of these ~200 dishes go to waste, but I'm not sure if I should waste my time to pour them and wait to see if they're clean.

Did not realize they were one shot items. How cheap are they you can throw them away after single use, just curious? Are there re-useable dishes?

When bought in bulk they can be as cheap as $.10/dish or up to $.25-30 cents a dish on the high end, depending on the type. I usually use 60mm or Y plates if I'm going to be doing a lot of transfers, you get a little more bang for your buck since you'll only be using them for a short period of time.
There are glass petri dishes that are reusable, but they break, are slippery, kind of spendy and for most of us aren't practical when you have a ton of plates going at once. Glass dishes would be more practical for someone that is only barely dabbling with agar work, I guess.
Single use dishes are just kind of the name of the game when you're working with a lot of cultures/strains or isolating strains, from contaminates and/or are cleaning up wild cultures.
I don't mind buying and using disposable dishes when I don't have issues like this. I've had bad fucking luck with buying dishes with compromised sleeves.
