It feels like home. Hearing verses of wisdom from fellow brothers. Specially from ham.
I was in constant battle with my self when it comes to ecle 7:26. I really appreciate my loving wife for this & the book of wisdom. Matthew, 5:28 - but I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart

Why does the Lord want us to procreate but without pleasure? That's my #1 issue with all religion. You must not lust, yet go forth and multiply? Makes sense... How am I supposed to procreate if I can't bring pleasure to the women around me? Women get turned on by lust

Right now I'm reading a book called Locus Solus (Lonely Place). It's about a scientist in France showing a group around his compound with all his inventions. He created a method for animating deceased individuals, but only for the most distinct actions they did when they lived. So if they were a sculptor they would do the act of sculpting in an endless loop.

Some women are still turn-oned by love. Lusting is not an issue nor that bad if your single, part of nature.. But rather a weakness i find when it comes to being a Dad & a husband for a happy family.. its all written in the BOOK. Even king david repented on this weakness (2Samuel,chap 11-12).
I even started our family out of lust as a kid. but as we age, its replaced by love and discipline to one's self.
I remmerbered that quote from rr that we will gaine more wisdom as we age specially not overriden by out childhood dicks brain.

That was more just to let readers know my suggestions aren't novels. Feel free to suggest anything in there brother

When it comes to harvest...
- Do you harvest all fruits @ once? - or only the few matured one & let the small one, mature for a day more?

I let them all mature before harvest unless there's only a handful and no other fruits to dehydrate the next day. Not gonna run it for 8+ hours for like 7g of fruits.

Thanks tryp & stare. Only 3 of them in the center are sporulating 6 hrs ago. Most of the others need a 2-3 days before veil tear.

My other shoebox is more uniform. (Its super leveled)

I guess its ok to wait for the others to mature based on comments..
And to brother @topsikretts. Heres a link to ironed polyfill on monotub. https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/21401760#21401760

lol, i'm currently using duct tape and a tack. lol. the more air i want in, the more holes i poke. lol. it's working pretty good. been harvesting for about 2 weeks now. think i'm going to do it again.
this current grow sucks though, i jacked the temp up on accident and that shrunk the cake. now i got side pins like a MF. i'm really close to using a liner, but i would rather not. this next grow is going to be in a bigger tub. what to do what to do.
who religiously uses liners, or has lots of exp using them? to liner, or not to liner? i do know that if my tub is properly dialed in and i'm bottom watering enough then side pins shouldn't be an issues, but dont all cakes shrink? i know my grain jars do if they've been sitting for a while.
TBH, i feel like i'm just growing shrooms because it's something for me to do. i don't really enjoy the trip. feels like i'm just thinking waaay too much, or completely shattering any ability i have to focus. i love to grow mushrooms, but i'm not crazy about them like i was when i was young. what do you guys use the shrooms for? how often do you do them? why do you choose shrooms?
i mean, they are about the only rec drug i can do besides drink. -pee tests at work...

I use them instead of the common ssri’s to help with what i consider everybody’s normal depression. life’s maddening ya know.
But yea I like dosing before a work out or rolling jiu-jitsu. Don’t take a huge dose unless it’s with my few buddies or at a festival.

I got started because a buddy failed twice and gave me the supplies they had left over, and said "go nuts" so I did.
About to chunk 2 cakes into some prepped coir in a Tupperware container, a la mini-shoebox, since one's pinning and they're fully colonized and probably consolidated. The third cake isn't fully colonized since it was wetter than the other stuff- should I birth it and wash off the uncolonized parts tonight anyways? I'm tempted to just let it go and bag+top fruit when it's ready.
