Take off the parafilm and open the plate/close the plate for some air. Repeat a few times as needed.
Thanks

Thanks pac.
I do have one question how did you get the starting moisture content?
I did hams super simple wbs for it. I should post in there.

I didnt have time to pour my agar earlier today after the PC so it solidified in a 3dl bottle. If I´m not mistaken I read that Bod said that it liquifies again at around 80 or 90C. I´ve been boiling the bottle now for 15 min at 95C and it´s still completely solid except a few ml on top. How long time will it take before it goes liquid state again?

Red milo is hardier than other grains in WBS. It can take a ten minute hard boil.
As far as how to get starting moisture content percentage of grain, my guess would be to weigh a portion grain out of bag, dehydrate it, weigh dehydrated portion, then figure the difference in weight by percentage between grain from bag and dehydrated grain. This is merely speculation though.

Agar exhibits hysteresis, melting at 85 °C (358 K, 185 °F) and solidifying from 32–40 °C (305–313 K, 90–104 °F).[20] This property lends a suitable balance between easy melting and good gel stability at relatively high temperatures.

Putting the solidified bottle in a boiling water bath will take probably an hour or more. Use the microwave

Thanks, I was also thinking about the micro wave, but was still puzzled how little it melted in 30min at 95C lol, does the zap from the micro generate higher temps or what is the theory behind this? Now I´m watching the weekends UFC event so I dont mind it boiling it in water bath. But now I know, hopefully I wont forget so this post is being saved

Better heat transfer directly speeding up the molecules with microwaves. Rather than through conduction

I've done it by just putting back in the PC and letting PC time go for an extra five minutes. I like the microwave plan though.

I'm so heartbroken. My last 2 shoe boxes have some kind of green mold but it doesn't seem to be trich. Also it doesn't seem to be spreading or attacking my mycelium. The mycelium is forming hyphal knots all across the bin even by the spots of mold. It seems like a shame to just toss it like I did with the other 3. I'm just really conflicted. It's just a couple specs of olive green mold. Maybe I'll just let it live in the bulkhead away from everything since I don't have any other cubensis going except for the TOC grain jars and they look like the have at least 1 1/2 weeks. What do ya think. Uggh. I have to get my head on straight and focus. I'm getting so sloppy. I can't wait till I move out of this basement shit hole into a fresh clean apartment.

How much does it matter to you throw them out? There's not a small enough amount of cubes to convince me to keep mold around. I could be without psychedelics for years and would still throw it out.

I grew a large trich patch in a tub once, I'm not proud... I continued to harvest what I could.

If your dead set on keeping them you could put some salt paste on the trich spotsm until you get a flush

I'm looking into making my own unicorn bag clips... Got a few materials today to see if they will work... But I think my outer tube will probably melt in the pc....anyone know what kind of materials are used by the company? I don't want to spend what they want on their site for a bunch of them... 10-20 clips is what I'm needing
