It's not the quickest method ever, however it's much safer.
Interesting, I'll have to do more reading on your work. +5 for bein a boss

Hey guys I am having an issue with my most recent grow I have 8 PESA cakes and 7 B+ cakes the PESA are doing fine and all but 2 have put out the 1st flush but the B+ has yet to put out a single fruit. They have been in the SGFC for almost 2 weeks they get little pins but the abort and I have noticed that the B+ are getting this orangish color to them None of the PESA cakes are having this issue. Any info would be greatly appreciated thanks guys

They look dry as fuck. I’m just throwing this out there but did you gradually spray the cakes over 24 hours once you rolled them. Your verm could have been undersaturated and drew moisture from the cake instead of providing it.

They look dried out like explicit said, how do they smell? It could be bacterial and that orange color could be dried metabolites.

Just dunk them for 6-12h and throw em in the FC again and watch them. Have they colonized the verm layer anything? Is it firm on the cake or loose?

No they are not dried out and yes I sprayed them gradually after the roll but 1 thing I did notice is the verm was a lot finer I put a bunch in a bag and I was getting toward the end of the bag so maybe that's the issue idk. Any suggestions on what to do

It doesn't hurt to dunk them again for good measure, they've been in the FC for 2 weeks and lost some moisture. And maybe they just need a kick in the butt

They look dry to me and I do cakes. I say dunk for a couple hours to rehydrate.
Fine vermiculite is KEY for a proper roll. Coarse doesn't stick very well.

Like mateah said, redunk them hoes. It is possible that you got the genetic short end of the stick and have some shit that just won't fruit. It's more common when testing isolates but it can happen in ms grows

Cubensis var. Burma, WL-Tek tests, two recipes, and two different methods. Dry spores, from the same print, assembled using a wooden peg.
[Sample 1]: Pushed out, colonized much faster. [Sample 2]: Should have the highest yield.

[2]: 8g MG - 1g YN, 20:1, sugar peg:

Export:
It should be level of O2 that should be read, that is what mycelium use to decay materials not CO2. If you imagine the air as a substrate, humans need 19.5-23.5% O2 in the air, to breathe.
Things like humidity, CO2, other gasses, will change this ratio-percentage.

I posted this in Gourmet Cultivation yesterday but I'll drop it here too
Antlers are growing taller than the lid on the tub they're in. I need to get a martha setup but until then is it alright to trim them back a little (the first pic of course) or do they need to be harvested all in one shot?
