I like to watch videos on youtube of gourmet edible farmers and how different ones keep their operations and the experimental techniques they try. I alsolike watching videos by larger corporations and seeing their growing facilities. I also love watching the survival vids and Adam from Learn Your Land is fun, cute and knowledgeable.

I made up 6 pasties last night got some condensation in them any way to get rid of it or will they be ok? I think I might try hot pouring I think it will be easier for me since my PC is only 5qt. Anyone have suggestions on what I can use for a media bottle?

You should try to get a bottle that has a thin neck. a beer bottle might work pretty well. I use bottles from sesame oil.
You usually want to use the plates as soon as you can, after making them, in my opinion. When I make no-pour plates, I place them in the center of a piece of foil, and wrap up over them, so that I can set them flat when they get out of the PC, to solidify. I don't even know whether or not they have condensation til I open them. I do this, to help reduce any contaminants that might get on the container before inoculating.
The moisture will absorb or evaporate if they sit for a while, though. I think if you let them cool inside of the PC, maybe it could reduce excess moisture, but I don't know for sure.
Just my 2 cents

Ok cool what about the condensation I let the plates sit overnight an there is still some in them. I plan on using them tomorrow should I store them in the fridge?

No, don't put them in the fridge. That's probably the worst place, unless you have a dedicated refrigerator. You should put them in a cupboard, or a place that gets very little draft.

A brand new zip lock bag will be sterile, or damn close to it, and work great for storing unused plates in.

Brand new zip locks are sterile as long as they were fully sealed. They treat them all with gamma radiation at the factory.

That's what I do!
Especially with legit petri dishes. I wrap them in parafilm after pouring them, in front of my hood, and then put them in a zip lock. It may be a waste of parafilm, but I don't like dealing with contaminants.

I don't wrap my plates until after inoculation but I keep my ziplocks in the sab with me to reduce contam risk. None of my unused plates have contaminated so far lol
