it's odd for some reason I assumed they died in the dehydrator...

Really difficult to keep this 25x out of the red zone.... definitely need a lot of practice to let it get to that sweet spot and stay there. I kind of hate how it doesnt have a cap @ 15 or 20 psi or something because I have to babysit the shit out of it.

When it gets to the psi you want, back the dial down just until it clicks off...around 4. It'll cool down to 15 or so and kick back on until it hits the psi you were initially at and then cycle. You can adjust the cycle up from there if wanted by slightly bumping up the dial to kick it back on when it's cooling if that makes sense. Then you can watch a cycle to make sure it is indeed cycling and forget until done. At least, that's how mine works.

I keep my 75x around 6 the whole time. Doesn't seem to heat any slower and then it never gets into the red.
SO this time, once you set it try to remember or mark where is the sweet spot and then try that from the start next time. Obviously there might be some fluctuation from 1 cycle to the next but that has worked for me.
I used to check to be sure it was in the sweet spot about an hour after I shut the valve but it was always perfect so I don't even check any more.
Also got it on a timer so When I shut the valve I just set the timer to go off 30 min more than what the cycle time should be to account for the time it takes to get to pressure. You need to figure out how long it takes to get to psi for your environment and sterilizer. 30 min is what mine takes.
SOOOO EASY THIS WAY. Once you find the sweet spot it's like too good to be true.

Thanks tb...that's what I was trying to articulate..."sweet spot". Once you get it dialed it's fucking awesome.

The aa x25s swing way harder than the x75s though (smaller vessel). There is nothing to fret though. What ever psi the heating element kicks off at is what the substrate materials inside are at despite the gauge dropping about 5 psi then kicking back on.

So you took DRIED fruit samples, rehydrated some in water and some in peroxide and were able to clone them on agar? How long after harvest? How dry were they? Cracker? I would assume they weren't fully dried but wtf do I know

id be more inclined to believe the pieces in the bag had spores on them and thats what grew.
because 100% PROPERLY dried mushrooms are denatured. i dont think we have the tools to do such a feet. maybe im wrong.
either way

Sorry to say you are absolutely wrong Please do a search for Roger Rabbit under dried mushrooms and you'll see exactly what I'm talking about
This is very old technology I would think you would've heard about it
This is done by commercial mushroom sector this is how they save isolates They dry on cat cracker dry and grind them a powder so you should probably read before you m call BS

By definition denatured does not equal dead. Denatured also refers more to enzymes and other metabolic processes and not tissue viability.
Some enzymes can even be "re natured" if you will. They will most likely lose their shape but may return to an active state.
On topic, this isn't the first I've seen of people cloning dried samples and one main way to store samples is to dry them

My first grow was from scrapings from dried shrooms gills. I had some of the origional flakes on agar until I threw them out recently. It can work. But its dirty as hell.

Lighten up man! If you cloned them, they would probably be exhibiting the same phenotype as the donor material, so it's weird that the fruit are coming out white since you said they were B+.
