So it turns out the jars I had my lady PC for me look super waterlogged and they expanded to fill up the whole goddamn jar even tho I only filled them halfway. Idk how water would have boiled up and in as the water was only half way up the jars and i had them all doubled up in foil.
Could I pour a little bit of grains out in the SAB and use the jars as normal?
I only have a few hours straight a week that I can dedicate to being at home to use the PC otherwise I have to have someone else do it, or it really wouldn't matter to me. I can only do a batch of grains once of twice a week at most so it's not easy for me to just chunk 7-10 qts in the trash

I wouldn't but what do I know it may be worth a try but it's likely that the damage is done

When I pc, I roll up balls of foil on the bottom, or put jar rims under the rack, then only fill the water to where it is just coming out the holes. It first really touch the jars. About 3 inches. Then I pc for 90 minutes. I have a 23qt pesto. I've never ran dry, and always have good results.
I know it sucks, but you should stay over bro. Good luck.

I feel bad cuz I could see the look of disappointment on her face when I opened the PC and pulled them out when I got home. She immediately asked if they were good and I told her I wasn't really sure. Part of me just wants to give it a try for her sake but I don't wanna get in the habit of doing things incorrectly love that little woman for always trying to help me though
I'll probably just throw them out tomorrow. It's friday night, we're gettin drunk and i'm gettin high

Those really don't look that bad man. I usually fill my jars intended for agar drops to about that level and it works out fine. I would use those jars for agar wedges not g2g if that was your intention.

I love you guys. Thanks for the reassurance. I've been doing alot of g2g lately so I naturally kinda freaked when I saw how full they are. I'll take your advice nate and still give them a shot, i gave them all an intense shake to redistribute the moisture before the pics

YEah if you didn't post pics I would have said toss 100% but I gotta agree with Natedawgnow. As long as there's no pooling water at the bottom of the jar of course
