can't argue with that
How many folks actually measure out their sub mixes and how much water they add? I've always just mixed it up rough but a recipe would be nice, always measuring out the same amount of water and all that
I'm pretty anal about my measurements. Other than the fact that each brick of coir varies in weight (which really makes my skin crawl but I try not to think about it) everything gets measures exact amounts. Every jar of grain spawn has exactly three cups of oats I pull the digital scale out each time I weigh out agar ingredients Everything

Are albino variants more potent than normal- or is the only difference aesthetic?

good luck. be prepared to have some pf-tek jars on standby for spore germination, cause ape syringes have a tendency to be bacterial

Indeed. I always like antibiotic agar for starting apes from spores.

I've been trying to get this APE to germ for just about 2 months now. I just tried the BRF and plate saturation I'll be sure to let you know if either work out

You can use tetracycline but it needs to be added after the agar has been pressure cooked. I swirl it in right before I pour it.
