I live in wisconsin it's like 89F already and it's only 11am it's hit 90s the last 3 days. my tubs are in a room that's 86 degrees. I'll try to cool it down if it hits 90 in the room otherwise fuck it let em rip
All right thanks bro I'll kill the fan and see how I fare on my next tubs. Not much hope for these current ones I have

I put this green, AC filtering material over my AC supply grills, and leave my AC to temp control the culturing room and the fruiting area.

A couple of weeks ago I accidentally left the AC on while pouring plates (flowhood), and everything went good.
Be advised; the AC dehydrates the air a little bit, but there are several things you could do to compensate should you need to do so.
Germs, 8 years back when I was doing heat and air installation, we were putting in 5 ton units in the floor of new construction homes.

I've just been sheltered by Texas architecture my whole life it seems. Soil conditions don't really permit any underground construction unless it's conmercial so everything is pretty flat and modular here.
I'd love to have a basement one day, always grown in my bedroom and at night I have like 2 fans plus the AC running so my tubs get a lil dry. Too much of a chore to move them out the room everyday though

I'd kill the fans, man. Or only use ONE on a timer to come on for 15 minutes every 1-2 hours. You want passive airflow when employing the use of fans, so point it at the wall, away from the substrates, and set it on low. Oscillations don't hurt either.

the new houses here have that old houses have the wall registers. not 100% true some new houses do have ones on the wall by the baseboards but most new construction has the vents right in the floor.

It's Texas, it's hot as fuck at night. Can't live without my fans. I leave the AC on during the day while I'm away but a brutha gotta be comfortable when he sleepin. I'm gonna move some of them to another room to see if they hold moisture better.

Ah so, you are co-inhabitating with your substrates. That changes the situation a little. It's going to be 100F where I live today.

Yeah it's not ideal but there's something about laying in bed at night stoned as fuck looking over at a tub and thinking "i got a hundred lil buddies growin in there"

So I took the one suggestion of casing my one tub and cased it. I was looking for a second opinion, but figured a casing couldn't hurt.

Since I changed the micropore tape a couple days ago, I was thinking my atl7 should start to pin, thinking that was the issue, no fae. I was looking at the sub and I'm like, are those tiny caps wanting to come through, and then I saw this.

babies! Hope they start forming on the sub too.

I don't think so, atl7 gets that color. I think it didnt get the proper fae, but the massive stones are pushing the sub up and pushing my dub tub out on a side. So that could ne the reason, the stones fucked up the surface. I'll see what happens in rhe coming week .
