Got some things rolling, but not sure if I should g2g the nice looking atl7 jar or start from wedge and make a new master jar. I'm thinking stones in a jar could only help colonization. Got plenty of wbs waiting to be inoculated, just waiting, waiting, waiting for my jars to recover after the shake.

My gut feeling is that it's good, this culture creates stones real fast. I think the stones are pushing up the casing. The color is apparently normal. If it fruits than sweet, if i end up with just a bunch of stones, then let's get stoned.lol

Polyester fiber is what your looking for. Pillows generally have them and are labeled as 100% polyester.

Would assume that field aged manure is packed pretty tight from being exposed to the elements.
You thinking we've been wrong this whole time? I mean if you think about agar it colonizes the entire media. And that's solid media no air space even with something packed down still has more air pockets vs agar

i dont think that at all.. however. ive read and been told 'dont pack tight'. it takes longer to colonize blahblah
well.. that mexiclone is out performing the more traditional packed trays.
but thats just a single observation im making out of thousands of growers/grows. who am to make such a claim?
but ya never know.
