Do LC colonized jars perform fruiting any better than say a wedge inoculated jar?
The growth from LC looks crazy good and super fast, I'm just not familiar with it. Does LC just get you quicker colonization and that's it?
Thanks.

I'm gonna pick this tiny first flush today, but should I pluck the blobs as well or leave them ?

I poked the big blob in the middle to see how it bruises. At first it was pale blue but now a bit yellow greenish blue? Any tips on how to remove them if that's an option?
Those look pretty bad dude.. Growing into pins and shit.. Definitely not normal. Looking like linear bacteria. Not quite as rigid looking as dry bubble. I personally have had blobs from bacteria before, and ate them.. Tripped pretty good too. I've seen many others have similar bacterial blobs, and they tripped pretty good. It's your call, but if it was me now, I wouldn't touch those blobs. Just grow more tubs.
Potential causes.. Bad environment, too much water in sub and/or bad spawn. Looks like it could be all 3 tbh, based off how abnormal this grow is (hidden bacteria in spawn), the height of pins and description of the weight of the sub (too much water in the sub), and the side pins hardcore (bad environment).

I've been doing nine of my gallon bags at 2-2.5 hrs cram style. Do you do 3 hours because they're 2 gallons per bag?

I'm wanting to streak some plates with spore solution, and I want to squirt spore solution onto a very small ceramic dish from which I will dip the inoculation loop. I used this method earlier, but what I'm wondering this time around is whether wiping it down, wrapping it in foil and boiling it for some amount of time would be strongly discouraged over sterilizing it in a pc run. Noteworthy to me of course is the repeated notion that spore solution usually contains some degree of contaminants and isn't considered a sterile medium to begin with.
I have some PB syringes that I want to put to use.

I think you would just kill the spores. If there are any contaminants in your spore solution you will want to isolate your culture on agar until you no longer have any contaminates on your plate. Then its a matter of transferring that clean culture to the grain your inoculating without getting any contaminants in your jars/bags ect.
I just spawned my atl#7 to c/v in some shoe boxes. I wasn't sure if my jar's were clean, I had mixed opinions, but when I opened it and smelled it, felt it.. It smelt and felt good. I found the atl7 to have a milder and less sweet smell than cubensis. Still has that lovely earth smell, with a hint of oak perhaps..lol k I'm getting too much into it, but I think it was clean, just going to see how it turns out.

I should clarify, I mean to sterilize or merely sanitize, as they say, the ceramic dish, not the spore solution.

I'd wrap it in foil and pc it just to be safe.

Maybeeeeeee. Squirt a line across the grain or pasty plates with an inch of grain at the bottom. You might find some healthy myc to grab.

Is it unusual for APE to bruise in the jars?

you shouldn't but you can.
jiffy should be pasteurized. though I have used it out of the bag but it will mold after the first flush usually.
