What does. This guy not know a shitload about?
Hey bodhi, I am having some issue setting up my dhcp cluster on a Microsoft network with two domains. They aren't failing over properly. Like one server isn't giving out the leases when it should. Advice?

My computer skills boil down to being able to google really well. I know absolutely dick shit about networks but years ago I used backtrack on a flash drive with some crazy wireless external card it was Alfa usb thing with a literally 24 inch long antenna omnidirectional.
Could crack wep in a few seconds and wpa if the ssid was a plain Jane one that was in a rainbow table and the password was not good. Those 2wire### ones are pieces of cake. Some people changed the security themselves to wpa from wep but kept the password as like 8762438673 and it would take no time at all.
No idea what I was doing but I can operate a gui and follow directions
Somehow that was easier than paying for Internet. Now that I'm not in an apartment no one's close enough for good internet

I enjoy a nice Abbey Ale every one in a while, and sometimes a Spaten really hits the spot. That being said, the beer I drink at home is usually Lion's Head. Not the BEST tasting beer, but it appeals to my taste buds, and my wallet.

This is too far away for me to take advantage of. Anyone near houston building a lab and looking for a giant professional flowhood? The University of Texas is auctioning off a Baker BioGard Hood Model B60A-112.
Edit: Link removed. I'm dumb, that thing is a hepa filtered fume hood. Not what we want for mycology.

I'm probably mistaken but is that not a fume hood? I see no filter and it doesn't look like it's mounted on top
I'm not that far away though so I'd be down

You're right. Good thing it was too far away. (it does have hepa filters though) I'll go edit that....

I was no hacker not even a script kid, I just used existing tools and knew their limitations. there's no cracking WPA if the SSID is custom like Jonspussyshack even if the password is 345334543 or something easy since you probably don't have the hardware to make your own rainbow tables for that SSID. likewise if the SSID is 2wire111 that has a rainbow table already made for it against huge dictionaries. It is still going to be uncrackable if the password isn't in the table at all.

So funny that we'd know about that all the way "out west" and yet I bet you'd be hard pressed to find someone as close as NY who's in the know (about screech specifically).

That's cuz there's a lot of newfies out west my friend! You'd be lucky to get it outside of Canada so, NY wouldn't have an idea. Sadly.

I know all beer is different, my uncle's been home brewing for years. I just drink it to catch a buzz or get fucked up. could care less what the barley content is or about the faint maltiness at the back of my throat. Flame me if you must lol

Quote:
Roger Rabbit:: Those look fine, but you would have been better off not to shake as directed above.
The reason is that when you cut off a wedge, you cut through the growing, leading edge of the mycelium. It's best to let this recover without further damage, so that the mycelium crawls off the wedge and into the grains below. It makes little difference if the wedge is upside down or right side up because it's not going to recover and grow from the middle, but from the leading edges.
Once the mycelium has crawled into a few of the grains below, shake to distribute. Shaking early with a mycelium wedge slows things down because you only get recovery later from the wedge itself, not from all the mycelium which falls off when you shake, but doesn't recover and grow. You must then wait for what's left on the agar wedge to recover and grow again before the mycelium can leap off, setting things back a few days.
The other advantage to not shaking right away is that you can see the agar wedge on top so that if green mold or another contaminant develops, you see it before you shake so you can discard that jar.
Shaking the grain jar after inoculation with agar knocks all the mycelium off the wedge, but it doesn't recover into the grains. Instead, it has to grow back on the agar wedge, and then it can crawl into the grains. Shaking slows down the process over simply dropping the wedge on top and letting the mycelium crawl off when it's ready. Shake when a few dozen grains on top are covered.
