whats so absurd to me is that as shitty as the government is at running the police departments and the DMV, some people want to put those assholes in charge of EVERYTHING
how anyone could think the govenment would be shit at renewing licenses, and somehow able to "plan the economy", decide which illegal wars are worth fighting, police the world, and decide which druugs are safe to use *ahem* sell/tax.... yeah fucking right
natural rights and personal liberty FTW

then you are smart
non-aggression principle is one of my fundamental values, wish we would apply it in foreign policy
one aspect of natural rights theory that I find especially compelling is the fact that even when tyrannical people or governments TRY to restrict and regulate natural rights they are unable to.
you can throw a man in prison, write whatever dumb ass laws to try to make it illegal to think or say a certain things, but you can NEVER control what a man can think or say, despite constant attempts to do just that. just like you can never take away a man's God given right to bear arms, regardless of whether or not you think he should be "allowed to"
if all guns disappeared magically from existence do you know how long it would take for firearms to become available again? less than an hour. you can 3d print one these days, or simply improvise one, it's way simpler than the media realizes (though hell, they don't even understand the distinction between auto and semi auto )

First of all, FUCK god, no fake person in the sky gives a shit about your guns. Second of all, this is a cultivation forum, not a fucking political talk show. I'm keeping my guns, legal or not, god or no god. I'm eating my shrooms, legal or not, and I'm taking my family hiking and shit. That's all I care about in life. Now, I have my first 10 cakes going as of yesterday!

lol I think you misunderstood, natural rights are not dependant on belief in God, it's just a convenient way to distinguish God given rights from rights given by man, natural rights vs legal rights
but thanks for interjecting you political and religious views, in the middle of complaining about someone else even saying the word "god", a little inconsistent/hypocritical there my friend
good luck with your 10 cakes, godspeed ye... oh wait.... not trying to trigger you, just wishing you luck

Yeah, I get touchy on the subject. That's why I avoid it. Sorry, I just am so sick of these topics now. You can't even escape them on the Shroomery it seems.

no worries buddy, not trying to strike a nerve. sounds like we have similar principles anyway
isn't banning or criminalizing a plant or fungus kinda like saying God / nature fucked up? it's absurd, profoundly misguided

Hey c10 I recently found your screen name on another website, talking about shrooms back in 2002. Is that you? Been at it for a while apparently

Same with banning barefeet..Which isn't illegal anywhere in the US.

Heyo, so I started a new tub with some leftovers jars. No duct tape, straight to the medical tape.
I want to try casing this tub with a thin layer of vermiculite because I haven't done it before, and my previous tubs had a crap ton of side pins due to using a liner that was too thick, transparent and that the sub did not cling too. I have horror stories of side pins and bottom pins .
So when should I case? When it's fully colonized then mist the shit out of it? It's going by quite well, should be fully white by the end of the week.
Also PS: DO NOT USE HEAVY TRANSPARENT RECYCLING BAGS FOR LINERS. I went through hell because they did not cling, thus side pins and bottom pins where the norm. I think it was the lack of clinging and the creation of microclimates. Could have been the light but Idk. Learn through my errors.

the side pins are from the surface not being optimal. liners for side pins in a crutch. its useful but it does not address the root issue. which is your surface conditions. baby sit some small trays and learn how to keep the surfaces looking moist. once you find the sweet spot(easier said then done) apply it to larger tubs.
when i ignore/slack off with my surface conditions..

when im on point.

having an even substrate surface is really important. practice in your spare time with dirt outside or something.
on a different note.. i updated my gps settings and i can drive to a TSC store in 26min? are you fucking joking??

Everything relies on faith but the human mind
Flowers don't know how to attract the bee, they just do Immune system doesn't know what it's doing it just does Tress don't know to drop their leaves, they just do
Society would protect itself and it's own interests. But we get in trouble by adding the active trying and "mindfulness"
True mindfulness would be knowledge that no idea is going to be universally correct or accepted. And we shouldn't be trying to put into words all the rules and laws to concrete our world to predictability and regulation.
Im not religious at all but I have plenty of faith in life. Somehow there's a sun that keeps the plants alive that keep the animals alive that keep me alive. Somehow there's the right amount of water around to create weather, somehow my heart beats itself, somehow the air i breathe is just right. So for example people get so upset and worried about other people owning guns near them. What kind of faith is that.

Thanks mushboy, yeah I was away for a while and they definitely didn't receive the attention that they normally would have. Gonna fix this up with my new homeboy Balto the tub.
Any tips on the casing though?

Depends on what perspective you choose. I think it's more interesting to throw out the idea of thought all together. Does the car you see on the street exist in your mind(neurons or wherever you think your thoughts are maybe behind the eyes) or does it physically exist in a world/universe. Or both? Then is that world/universe in your mind?
Interesting questions but they really don't matter

lol, I'm always peeping in and checking things on the forum, it's a form of addiction.
I took your advice and recently got some WBS because of my bacterial issues. I did 50 jars this weekend and got 30 of them inoculated already!!
I was looking into getting some Oats as well. Found a farm that sold 50Lbs for 8 bucks, I'm thinking of getting a metric fuckton!
