Okay now you guys got me thinking...  What about pumping ozone into the grow room

is that in response to my using h2o2?

I dunno about ozone, it's harmful to the human lungs for starters.  People have struggles in the summertime with the added spore load and it may be possible that ozone would help reduce that issue but the fact that it is unhealthy to humans makes me want to avoid.  If you want to reduce summertime contams, maybe a good air purifier that doesn't create ozone and keeping the room cooler with an AC are a better option.

I just realized why i had the most rizho, fastest myc only after 2 transfers starting from print..to agar

I used rain water i collected..
Rain water=lesser nutrients = fast myc

3g lme
3g agar
150ml rain water

I don't think so. The differences should be minimal. To proof it you could use distilled water.
Would be an interesting test.

Rain water contains less minerals than regular drinking water, from what i read.
Could the myc really be after the minerals fast? Would be a cool test

I also used rain water on my brf jars and theyre also colonizing really fast

I know it's not necessary, but I use distilled water for my agar and for my lc seeing as I
always have it on hand. I prefer to drink distilled water as apposed to sink/spring water so
I figure why not use it.

Also rain water contains oxygen, and distilled water doesn't, according to google

How would water not contain oxygen?

water is h2o, no matter what, it has oxygen in it:lol:

Distilled literally means to bring it to vaporization temps, and then re-condense back into
liquid water thus filtering out solid particulate. That by no measure means to remove the
oxygen.

That is the funniest and most misrepresented piece of info I have heard on here in a while.
You guys do know that the water molecule is literally composed of 2 hydrogen atoms and 1
oxygen atom, right?

Haha ok sure google told you it was true so it must be.

You can't have a water molecule without oxygen, bud.

If you are talking about distilled waters ability to absorb dissolved elemental oxygen, O2,
then I call bullshits on that also.

As soon as you vaporize liquid water, it mixes with excess O2 in the air around it, which
immediately infuses the water vapor with excess O2 gas.
