Definitely illegal and decriminalization doesn't mean something is legal either. None of the proposition bills signed anywhere in the USA have made mushrooms legal in any sense of the word.

Yet our shroomery overlords have allowed them to sell here? Hmm, maybe I should stop talking now but that doesn't seem ok.
It wouldn't be the first forum I've been banned from because I spoke out to the forum administrator.
I think my concern is more around unassuming people paying for a product that could be seized or incriminate them.

I wonder if the “early stage” LC really tests absent of actives, maybe its just a super low nute broth..
Also if they can sell it, are we allowed to trade/giveaway “early stage” LC on marketplace now?
All hail the shroomery overlords

Take some "early stage" myce squirt it onto a piece of glass and let it dry out. Scrape it up put it in a spot tester kit and let us know. I'm betting it will change color to show actives are present.

Yep. If we’re talking about the US, anything containing psilocybin is still illegal in every city, county and state unless you have the appropriate DEA permits.

I have been but end up getting that yellow residue. Isn’t it the block itself that dries out? Do you pull moisture from below of the atmosphere (ie misting?)

Bottom water instead of misting while waiting on new pins.

I’ve been trying that but it seems to dry to absorb anything. I’ll try again

I know this isn’t news to anyone, but I just sent some 2 month old spawn. 10 days sitting fully colonized at room temp and a month in the fridge. It’s growing. So that means at least that much is ok for your spawn if you need to delay sending it.

Come on aye, you know what it is. The site has to follow the law for all public posting areas. Those lines should be plenty big enough to read between.

I've also heard from some TC (don't recall who) that with PE, it's good to let it stay in jar 7 to 10 days longer than you would with other varieties. I haven't tested it in double blind, but makes sense with the slow grow.

Why not just sell spore syringes, seems lower risk, whats the benefit of lc syringes that then may or may not be low nute and low actives?

I believe it’s that clean LC can go straight to grain, vs the increased contamination risk of spores straight to grain.

Stupid noob question, I’ve been doing this for a few years but always used bags, I know people don’t recommend this but it’s just how I was doing it.
My cousin gave me a monotub, I put some micropore tape on the holes, added my colonized grains and substrate on 2/12. It’s now fully colonized. He told me to buy these patches from north spore and apply them when I’m ready to fruit.
Problem is, I lost the patches, and was under the impression they seemed kinda useless anyways.
Can I fruit with just the micropore tape?
