I'm trying to find the correct oats, to get the results that I am looking for. Whatever it takes to get there. This is just an Internet forum... it's nothing I'm gonna get sad over.
I appreciate the "horse on bags" bit, because I've found oats with horse on the bag.... insulting or not, it got me to where I needed to get.

This one time I got facepalmed and I cried for 3 days.
I gotta find me some horsie oats too. Something tells me the bag I bought isn't up to snuff. Idk if it's all the dirt, stray pieces of corn and feed pellets, or the fact that I get burst grains even when I do a soak.

I'm not gonna push my luck. Gonna try it on 6 jars per plate max. So I probably should just use 50ml of water huh.
It'll be fine to cook for as long as the pasty plates, 45 mins or so, yeah?

Vent?
I turn heat on high until the pressure lock goes up, then turn down to 7 until the rocker starts shaking, lower it to about 3, once it's a slow rock, start my timer. Once timer is done, I turn off and remove from stove. Takenolaes out once PC is cool.

You need to let steam come out the rocker vent for 10 min before placing the weight on

You need to vent it. Let the bitch blow some steam for 5 minutes before you put the rocker on. This makes sure all the air inside is hot steam.

Ya dude if you never vent your pc this may be the reason you have so many contams.
Put water in your pc, put lid on pc, set stove to high heat and allow steam to vent out of
the open pipe for at least 5 minutes, more is better, then put the weight on your pc, once it
starts to rock, lower your stove to medium heat or whatever it takes to keep your pc at 15 psi
with the weight only jiggling a few times a minute.
My pcs are usually at around 5 or so psi before I even put the weight on
