Man, isn't that the way it always is with moving.
My contamination bucket outside is pinning like crazy any suggestions for keeping this growing?

That’s cool. When my compost pile that I bury spent sub in is pinning, I just mist with the water hose a couple times a day if it is really hot and dry, but mostly just let them do their thing.

Thank you for the reply. I just read to mulch it with grass or hay if you didn't plant grass with it. I might try that. I was caught of guard by how much it is pinning. Now that they are here I don't want to fuck them up.

Straw for sure would be helpful. Provides shade and creates a microclimate. A lot of outdoor cubensis growers use straw it seems.

Ok soo..... I just pc'd my second round of oats. I had issues with first batch. I followed bods easy af oat prep and just a few had burst. Then pc'd next day I noticed it looked like the oats pooped a goo out of both ends but not burst the grain. Is this what I'm looking for? The nutes coming out of shell and that's why the ends are inoculation points or am I way off base and the grain are overcooked? Thanks

Anyone here have any experience growing Tidal Wave? This is day 11 after being mixed with CVG substrate, it seems that it is a slow process with this one, compared to the GT I have grown. Any input is valued, and the pics are the best I can do without opening the tub

And not just mushcult, the whole site baby
Luckily my giveaways good I guess. And I got enough info to stay in touch with the people who I need.
It's a shame what's happened here. But what did we expect, its like the wild west out here, with a bunch of fucking Internet retards. Clown show smashed right into a fucking kangaroo court!
Ythans rolling in his grave.
Ide say goodbye, but everyone left here should either start wrapping it up here or start widening their mouth haha..
And I really doubt anyone actually learns to grow from anything new that comes out of this site. DE was probably the best thing this place has had in years and he's already gone. No surprise.

It is ok to open the tub and have a peek. Last time I grew tidal wave it took 20 days to pin. Usually it was 14 though. You doing fine.

It's hard to say by looking at the pics but feel free to open the tub if you need to. If your spawn was clean and fully colonized before the tub was spawned it won't contaminate.

Yeah, that shit is completely inappropriate, small minded and hateful. You begged for a ban, and got one, so now you make a new account just to keep crying and gay bashing?
Get fucked, you simpleminded piece of shit.

Will any type of WBS work? I just grabbed a bag of Pennington brand from Walmart. Just want to make sure I got the right thing before I open it.

If there’s not fillers in it, it should work. I got some shit with calcium carbonate in it and it became a solid mess when pc’d

One of my favorite cultures I've been growing is Tidal Wave... idk about other people's experiences, but I've had a couple finicky tubs that turned out great.. I thought my first tub was a lost cause, but it ended up having a 450g wet first flush... it does take longer than GT, but it definitely pays off..
