I had a MS agar dish that somehow ended up unlabeled. Don't know what spore print it came from. But I fruited it and got a really cool phenotype, with these pale yellow caps that have a nice blue hue at maturity. I took a spore swab from a nice specimen and put it to agar, but I really wish I knew what strain these were!
Oh mate i hate that Happen to me in the beginning i was preparing my SAB clean plates with iso but that mf marker removed i got confused what is what

2nd that comment from the last page about wheat prices going up and also becoming a scarcity. Russia and germany both are stopping exports of wheat from what I hear and that accounts about 25% of the worlds wheat production.
Not to mention the weather affecting crop production in the west, setting up to be a wild summer!

I've used rye berries as my primary grain before giving grass seed a shot due to it's ubiquitous availability. Totally different experience and process which I think may have lead to some pretty bad failures.
How often if ever have you changed grain before?

I might go ahead and buy a couple hundred pounds. I switch between wheat, oats, millet and wbs wherever I feel or can't find a particular one.

Rye and wheat for me, but I will admit that WBS is starting to grow on me. Once you get the hydration correct it shakes nicely.

Yep, I'm already getting phone calls from customers who have to cancel their services with my company because they can't afford it any longer and I haven't even sent out the notice to ALL of my customers that our prices are going to have to increase fairly significantly due to rising costs of diesel, gasoline, oil, fertilizer and pesticides. I expect that by the end of this season I will have lost about 1/3 of my income and I'll have to lay off a crew all together.

As much of an egotistical, lying, phony that he was, you truly have a point. With Biden it's like we don't even have a president, never hear from him or see him at all and when we do it's just him fucking us.

Sorry guys, I think I got us off on this tangent. I'll take the blame.
What is everyones LEAST favorite part of cult? Mine has to either be babysitting the PC or washing dirty jars/tubs (this is my attempt at getting this thread back on track lol)

I dislike washing tubs. Got better when I threaded a short hose with a garden gun on the sink. I extended the back splashes too.
PC's are the worst tho. Stinky and bags are in there forever.
Oh and growing mold after all that.
I hate its illegal too.

Ah yeah. The illegal aspect is the worst of the worst. Prepping grain or agar is a breeze in comparison.

I use liner's, no washing tubs and if the jar doesn't go green I'll knock all the old grain out and re-load

Shit even if it does get some mold I don’t wash it out half the time unless it got bad. Pc handles that no problem.
I do get a little more grain stuck to the bottom of the jar each run so gotta scrape it out eventually
Liners like grocery bags on a shoebox or trash bags in a mono where you can just grab the liner and tie it up and the sub is inside ready for the trash is great.
