For those of you using nutritional yeast in your agar, how much are you using per 500ml?

Just got outta the SAB and what a shit show that was everything was going pretty well, then right as I dropped a wedge into a jar the flat part of the 2 piece lid slipped out of my grip and rolled all over the floor so that one's a goner. If I would have thought a little quicker I would have been better off fitting one of the foil caps on the jar but whatryagonnado? Then with ONE jar left I look down at my hand and notice my glove has a giant ass hole in it - of course in the hand I use to cut and drop agar with. I guess we'll see how good my technique is if it's good the hole in the glove shouldn't be an issue. If it's as rusty as it felt I'm finna' lose some jars. Time will tell. It felt good to be back in there regardless of the outcome!

I'm using 1g per 500ml

I've noticed more rhizomorphic growth when using yeast.
Not sure if there is a correlation there.

First harvest. A couple of hours into drying, I cut a couple in an attempt to hasten the dehydration process.
The insides of the stipe appear dark, almost black.
Is this a cause for concern?
My guess is perhaps some form of alkaloid/s are being oxidized.
Thank you

This has been my experience as well. The rhizo growth is too consistent to be a coincidence.
I use non yeast plates for clones or transfers but I have found yeast plates to be very good for spores and a quick way to get the cultures to jump off for good sections for transfers.

Yeah it's what I used to do for my stones long ago, preparing my rye grain according to Stonesun's soak and boil tek... I'm on;y just getting back into things with some cubes and this time I'm being cheap and using wheat, I wasn't sure if the extra step was necessary.

I think its unnecessary, I just use plain oats and get plenty of stones. Heres a 3 month old jar. Started producing stones once the jar was fully colonized.

There's a company in germany offering quantitative psilocybin tests. It was already tested by some mebers of a german forum here: https://www.zauberpilzforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1499
and a news article: https://www.lucid.news/startup-miraculix-creates-first-rapid-mobile-test-kits/
Seems to be legit. Don't know if i can post this here, but I thought that it could be interesting.
https://miraculix-lab.de/mir_en/psilo-qtest.html
EDIT: welp, should've used the search first, there are some threads on it already.
