Just old subs and the worm castings that I mixed in when making the bed. And lots of chlorinated city tap water.

I let mine dry out so the fungus would die. I don't want cubes popping up in the garden.
It's not on my property.
There was this overgown, trash filled, vacant lot next door. So I cleaned it up and kinda just claimed it as my yard. I'm not worried about anyone seeing the soil and knowing what coir and oats are all about, but if there were mushrooms growing under my tomatoes, I'd be paranoid.

I’m betting some will pop up eventually no matter what. Either from spores or from the dried myc reviving. Luckily anybody that would recognize them probably won’t care.

So I haven’t misted my tub at all and I have surface conditions starting up nicely. However I have a patch that has fairly large amounts of droplets on it. Some condensation running down the sides that result in some wetness along the edges. Do I need more fae? Or is this common and acceptable?

Wet bubble, aka mycogone, myc is fucked. Parasite of your myc. https://www.americanmushroom.org/integrated-pest-management/wet-bubble/
"The disease spreads by spores and mycelium. Once the pathogen is established in the crop, the main means of spread is by water splash and by excess water running off the beds. Pickers may also spread the pathogen on their hands, on tools, cartons and clothing."

If it’s not, it’s never a good sign to see a patch of raised myc pissing metabolites

I don’t think I’d go as far as mycogone but for sure somethings going on.
Don’t worry though myc can handle a lot it’ll probably be fine. And to answer the question the amount of water beads on there looks good.

thanks.. they are not discolored but when i opened the tub they caught my eye instantly LOL.. i was like why are there fucking diamonds on my soon to be cluster?? Im hoping they stay clear and that becomes a fatty mushdog but I will certainly keep an eye on it now that it has some people questioning it.. the jars should have been pretty solid. I didnt notice anything weird with them until i birthed them but I shook them a few times and let it colonize a LONG fucking time.
should i let it play out or should i get a sterile object and cut that part out?

Nah there’s no reason to mess with it.
It won’t be a cluster though, the mycelium usually swells up like that when it runs into bacteria ime.

I read a post by Bod where he dissected one of them mycogone growths from a presumably fucked tub and found nothing but a bacteria free rat's nest of hyphae.

I know for a fact that area popped up through the top layer as one of the first spots. It could be bacterial.. I have no clue that’s why I posted. I just want this tub to produce something so if you say leave it alone I will. Just not sure what to expect.

What happened with Ashtray161? He deleted the rating he gave to me and the rating I gave him is gone. It was a 5 shroom rating. He also put on his profile page that he was leaving shroomery.
