Damn feel like a noob again having to actually learn pour agar methods. Anyone have a go to agar recipe they like? I have been using Munch's recipe for pastys with success, should I just be scaling that up? Uses potato flakes, dextrose, and sugar to make 8 no pours

have you tried activated charcoal instead of food coloring? I find it gives the highest contrast benefit plus the mycelium seems to grow more vigorously and looks great on it.
Don't overdo the blue, use too much and the mycelium hates it and looks puffy.

Same recipe here, works great
Question for those who cook grain bags in Prestos: how long do you run a full PC? I've had a rough cult year and I've switched to PCing bags 4.5-5hr as a result. Pretty much Never had contams before bags. I've talked to another member who had to do the same. How long do yall presto users cook your bags?
