Do the hyphae have to go through plasmogamy in order to be a part of the primordial formation or can the fungus use other mycelium to help build its structure?
I'm sure I'm just fagtarded and no one is paying me any mind but these T2's from a natalensis clone are what got me questioning

I heard that even a clone transfer can contain up to 9 individual sectors. Idk if that’s true

Lol that’s pretty specific.
They have way more, ime clones are still close to spore in genetic variability.
This is an old clone with a ton of sectors. I was looking for a playa clone plate that had like 30 perfectly divided sections but idk where it is.

Like natedawg stated earlier. The mea lc's are much cloudier so pics aren't much to look at. However, these are the results after 3 days. Each qt was noc'd up with 3 cc's of lc.

Is that a mix of popcorn, brown rice and oats? Does the mix perform noticeably better than just one grain?

Yes. Its corn, rice and oats. Typically I just use corn and rice. I'm not a big fan of oats or wbs. However, I bought a 50# bag of oats back in September when I started cultivating again. So now I just add a little to each batch just to get rid of it.
Corn and rice colonize faster than oats but yields seem to be the same when compared side by side.

Oats 4 lyfe!
I've used rice, wbs, grass seed, oats, rye, wheat(s), barley (whole and rolled), millet, and milo. Corn is 7.50/50lb and I got long bags. The money saved on corn could go towards the pricey millet.
Milo>Oats has been working well, but millet is much faster. Millet has to be prerinsed to remove cracked grain IME. Milo just needs boiled gently, but it's pretty clean.
Maaaybe I'll get some corn to noc via my millet Melmac jars, just for science fun.

I cannot find milo, milllet, wheat, rye or barley in my locale. I get popcorn for $.80/lb. I use rice for multiple reasons such as adding inoculation points and it helps absorb excess moisture from the popcorn so that I don't have to strain or dry the popcorn for long before bagging or jarring it. Rice also makes for a fantastic slurry.

Feed corn would hydrate to twice the size of popcorn which would give even less inoculation points. It also has more busted kernals than grocery store popcorn. Tbh, I've never tried feed corn for cultivation. I'm sure it would work but I don't think I want to try it though..

No wbs?
Adding a grain to counter another grains poor prep is kinda redundant dont you think?

I add 6 qts of popcorn to a stock pot. Fill the water so that the level is twice the height of the popcorn. Then I boil it for 45 minutes. Turn off the burner. Add 2 qts of rice, mix and let it sit for 10 minutes. Than I strain it on a window screen until it is cool to the touch.

Sure. I can find wbs around my way but I am not a fan of it.
It would be redundant if it were the primary reason why I use it. I use rice because the combination of popcorn and rice make a great grain spawn.
I don't post telling anyone in this community to follow my methods. If someone asks, I will gladly explain. I couldn't care less if anyone ever used any of my methods, tbh. In fact, most of what I do is completely against community standards. I don't care, I am satisfied with my results. That is all that matters to me.

It just reminds me of people putting verm in grain jars to suck up excess moisture.

But that is not the main reason why I use it. It is just an extra benefit that makes grain prep a little less time consuming. While adding verm would only be a crutch with no other reason for its use in that particular application.

I don't particularly like any feed quality grains and prefer to spend the extra cash on grocery store grains. If I could find bob's red mill millet at my local grocerer then I would give that a try.
