Sweet. Yeah I just decided to do it with a potential PESA x Avery T1 plate that was super slow. Just for shits and giggles

I cased (top fruited) 4oz jars of rye.. the jars about 3/4 full.. then the rest in coir/verm. I usually use the grains for glc but these were bacterial. Got the print I was after and some clone material. Wishing you best of luck

(Crickets chirping)... Alright, well lets throw this one in the fire and see if it burns.
I been reading up on LC's and it looks fairly straightforward. Seems that'd be a far better way to go about doing things. Trying to get away from as much hand/arm work as possible. I like petris but they wear me out. Plus i maintain my favored "ocean of genetics." So ive gotta pretty decent hard on now.
Im sure i'll pick up on some teks in yalls signatures, but is there any specific LC tek that really makes yall cream your spinach?

I’ve been doing a josex poke of inner stem tissue to a small amount of grain that I then use as grain LC. I use the grain step because I can dry the grains out for storage if I want using these Lids (glc method is about halfway down the post) just in case you’re wondering why I don’t just use liquid... it’d just keep growing and I don’t do huge runs or anything

Uh oh ok I’ll get that one going tomorrow. Damn I hope this one pulls through for at least one flush. I have all my agar stuff coming but this one was just MSS

If im mixin a 650 g brick I would go with 2 qts verm and roughly 1 gal h2o. Been a minute since I mixed up one of those but I member the recipe. U could do less water and less verm but I like a 1:4 spawn/sub ratio these days

Awesome man thanks! I’ll update in this thread if there’s some progression with these bags I have going. Keeping my fingers crossed big time these pull though. Thanks for the help again my friend

I notice an inoculation port... spore to bag?
Not that it matters at this point. Judging by the looks my money says youll get some fruits even if u have to battle a bit of mold

Yea it was just MSS to grain which I know now was a huge mistake. This is my first jump back after 4 years but I have some agar stuff now and some colonized plates someone gifted me so if I can keep my sterile tek up I should have loads of spawn before I know it. I have three bags going in total but I’m about to make up like 24 grain jars in the next week or so. Plus got a presto so I should be good for a while
