It apparently helps release CO2. Or just use less sub when you fill it

Evolve into grain jars and you wont have these problems. Now to trouble shoot issues here, filling the jars with a little less BRF is a good route. Change the kind of jars you're using, perhaps switch to the wide mouth jelly jars.
I have used these with great success. Going wider instead of taller will help immensely as it provides better Gas Exchange.

I'm a little late here but, Holy Fucking Shit!
Not to change the subject but took a break to smoke a bowl and excited so I'm gonna share.
Recording data from my vac hydration experiment; control group of 24 soak cakes coming out. Only weighed one before stopped to smoke but first indication is very promising. If the rest of the cakes follow suit, it would suggest cakes can be fully hydrated in less that 40 seconds!!! I'll finish weighing and recording and get it all add to the journal but holy shit I did not expect it to be that much of a difference! Remember kids, the difference between doing science and fucking around is writing things down.

My most fruitful grow so far.
This is GT spawned on the 17th of December. It’s been very slow growing, and I’m pretty sure my conditions are not ideal. The spawn may have been questionable and I suspect I over-misted trying to make up for possibly under-hydrating the sub (coir).
I have two questions, if anybody feels like answering.
1) is the brown on the stems a sign I could read, if I wasn’t mushroom illiterate?
2) if cloning from any of these 4 tiny tubs, would you agree that the nicest looking mushroom from the cluster around 12 o’clock on the first pic is the way to go?

Anything to watch out for using these wider 1 litre jars for grain inoculation? Picture Vs a Qt jar for comparison.
I can't imagine them being problematic but wanted to check there isn't a magic formula I haven't heard of that renders anything this girthy as useless

I was sterilizing grain last night, and started to smell burned oats, so abandoned the run 2 hours into a 3 hours run (bags). I thought i may have run my PC dry. It didn't bow, so i'm in the clear there, but i'm curious about the grains. If the bags survived, should i A) inoculate them, B) PC them for 1 more hour, C) PC them for the full 3 hours, or D) chuck em and make new bags?
Edit: I was hoping i'd get lucky with a quick response buuuut i said #yolo and knocked them up anyway because i realized i already have twice as much spawn as i do tubs WHOOPSIES!

If you're using them for grain, then nope no problems! Maybe a little issue fitting multiples in the PC, but that'd be it. If you were making BRF cakes, that's a different story.

I have cows, they’re great, put half syringe of treasure coast in their water trough, but by time I made it around to notice them in their pen, they were dying out. I haven’t moved to trying poo for substrate, but I’ve got plenty of bullshit when I do!

Lately when i've been running bags in my prestos, at 2 hours into the 3 hour run, i get a lot of water coming out of the rocker. Any idea why? Sometimes it's just for a few minutes, sometimes it's the rest of the run. They run at 16-17 PSI, i do have a trivet and jar rings on top of the bags, no weight otherwise. They don't run dry, so idk what's going on.
About folding the bags, i've got a good quick method down, and i'd love to video it but i don't know how to edit videos. But basically, if you hold the gussets together at the very top all nice and neat-like, then lift the bag just off the table and set it back down. Take your fingers off the back, move your fingers down the gussets and keep lifting each time you pinch the bag together. Once you get down to the grain, take both hands a squish the bag inwards just a little bit, like you're making a rectangle of grain, and go halfway back up the bag repeating the pinch and lift. Second time back down to the grain it should be pretty damn good, fold and load. Takes maybe 15 seconds a bag, and definitely way neater than it needs to be

Maybe it's too much water? How much water are you adding? Also, do you have anything below your trivet to allow more space for water below the trivet/bags?
I ran 2 prestos for quite a while before getting my 75x.

Possible, and after doing a little googling, maybe that is the case. I use 3 quarts water, i line up the meniscus of water just below the stamped mark in the bottom. I do have one layer of jar rings under the bottom trivet. Six 4 lb bags of oats. Two quarters siliconed to the rocker so it doesn't vent until ~17 PSI. I try my best to keep it just under so i lose minimal water.
Dying to get a 75x or two but i cannot justify them yet, plus last i heard they are backordered for MONTHS!
