I don't run monotubs and thousands of plates though. I run the same 40 pasty plates and shoeboxes. This is more of a hobby for me to see what I can do and I'm capable of while supplying my medicinal habits. In fact I'm doing the same 40 plates with 5 species to show people that you don't need to throw literal garbage bags of plastic into the trash because you're hunting a culture or whatever. Different views indeed

If one is to place fruiting chambers behind a sofa (not too snug) but in an otherwise very large airy room would it be recommended to have a low power fan running nearby?

Can anyone explain why I can't find a post in the marketplace that had numerous replies? I even pm'ed back and forth with the OP and now I can't find any of those messages... am I going crazy?

I don't mean hidden behind a sofa in a dump with no air getting to it, I have this space which is convenient and keeps the place looking tidy, I would use a shelf or something to elevate. It probably looks closer but the gap is about 1 metre from the wall. Unadvisable?

It was all a dream roarkell.
Lol I didn’t even notice the color was gone. I got a notice saying my stuff expired but then I checked and still have unlimited pictures which is the only thing I really care about, cuz how else would I show you all my filthy house??
I just used a stack of the cell treat plates. I like them they’ve got a good feel to them. I did crack one while burying a swab though so I totally see how you guys have broke them while wrapping them up.

I wouldn't run a fan until you know you need it, you run the risk of drying everything out. I do suggest not having fruiting chambers on the ground but I've done it when I've had to without issues and say do others but others will tell you it's not good and more chances of contamination close to the floor.

I have a HC with some cakes in it right now in a very similar location. I don't expect you will need any special arrangements to make it work. But as always, use cautious, make adjustments as needed and most importantly take advice from people more knowledgeable than I.

So I just used my FH for the first time doing a G2G and all I can say is... Fuck. Wish I had this sooner. That took literally like 1/4 the time of using the SAB.
Made me want to go bust a nut that's how good it felt. So happy with it.

I must have weak baby hands (even though I've worked outside all my life and on many farms) Cause I've never managed to break a cell treat plate by wrapping it or using it in any way
Theyre my go to for cases
