Man I know this may not be the place, but hell I’ve been in this thread since less than page ten so fuck it. This is hard to type. This is my first time tripping in four years since the tribe last helped me concoct this magic mushroom. I do not like how it makes my nose and senses. Smoking a big dirty bong feels quite unpleasant with each rip. Feels noxious.
Anyway. I picked up 50lbs of organic red milo earlier. Should make for some nice stuff. Also found a few pounds of organic millet? Yellow. Earlier at the organic grocery store. Can’t wait. Have a good night everyone

What do u guys think about a warm box for my agar plates, holding the temp at around 24-27degrees. Seems like we get the hardest winter for 10 years or so, its way more cold as I could remind in the last years in mid-december. During night radiators turn auto-off and temperature drops hard - Not that hard as it would damage anything but I think about this box to get a more constant temperature against my current condensation-problem and also maybe to speed up my plates? Don't know it makes sense or not, want your opinion - Maybe I could get Styrofoam tomorrow from work, rest I should have here, jst something for heating left

I had an aquarium water heater I used way back when. They're pretty accurate and the working temp is around 24-27degrees.
Also used a light bulb inline with a thermocouple once.

All of my cultures are MS so I wanted to get some clones going eventually.
I had so many bacterial jars of spawn but they're all fruiting fine, which I never expected.
GT ms shoebox pinset looking nice.

Makes me think I could mix 4 of these qt jars together and actually run a 56qt monos even with suspect spawn...
Mature mycelium can defend itself against bacteria. Just mist with water treated with ZeroTol 2.0, it’ll clean the bacterial contamination and not harm the mycelium if you use a weak concentration of the acid.

Just did some g2g of rustywhyte into millet and I'm really hoping I don't like it cause that is the biggest pain in the ass I've ever used. It is everywhere in my house, garage, between my toes, stuck to anything it looked at.

What do u guys pay for these big mason ball jars everyone is using here? Can just find them for around 7€ what is like around 8,5US$
Do u guys really pay such a huge amount of money for these glasses or is it just because I'll need to get them in Europe? Maybe some recommendations for jars with a good price in europe? Currently not that happy with my jars, 4/12 cracked today while pressurecooking because I did a stupid mistake - But now need to look for better glasses, like around 500ml or more. Currently have 350ml and 435ml but its waste of time in my pressurecooker.

Here in US you get a case of 12 jars for around $10 so if there 8€ for 1 jar thats a little pricey. Unfortunately I'm not sure what you can use over there. Are there dollar stores where you live? Alot of people will get pasta sauce jars at the dollar store but I'm unfamiliar with European stores/markets.

Thanks for answering, found these jars here, a way better price and it seems like they are the same jars, just with "Pearl" and not "ball", think they are the same?
Yeah we have similar shops like 1$shops, but the glass-stuff is pure shit, tried it at my first start but they cracked all after first use, they are waste of money.
Currently I use these glasses
But they are a bitt to small, I just get 4 jars in my pressure-cooker (also a stupid problem, the pressure cookers I can get here in germany are waaay smaller then these u guys can buy - I mean I could import them, but then I would pay around 400€ for the one bodhisatta recommended) and I am not that happy because they also crack a bit to often.

Its not impossible to get decent stuff like good jars or a good pressure cooker, but the good quality is way to expensive. The cheapest jars which are similar to the US-jars from Mason are still 2,90€ for one. Maybe I am too stupid but I spent hours to get more and better equipment, but most of the stuff people recommend here is hard to get in germany or freaking expensive. Seems like germans prefere "smaller", jars bigger then 500ml with a twistlid are not that common and very expensive in relation to the prices for smaller ones, even if u extrapolate it.
Same with pressure-cookers - I bought the biggest possible one between 100-150€ here in germany 4years ago(was looking weeks for a good one) There fit in 4 jars with up to 500ml(maybe 750, havent tried yet, no jars haha)
It's one like this, very similar, can't find my one currently
The size is nothing in relation to bodhisattas Presto 01781 23-Quart Pressure Canner and Cooker, where 10 jars with 1qt fit in. Can't find even a similar one without importing it from the US or something and paying horrible prices.
Maybe I am just too stupid for googling but its not like I am just looking for some minutes.

How much did the grains cost you, I've been using wbs and oats as long as I can remember but looking for lower cost lower hassle spawn.

damn dude. anything that contams you toss?
You should move to bags if you're tossing full jars due to contamination, easier to get rid of and cheaper
