I’ve never seen it, that’s fucking gnarly. I bet all the windows blew out too.
With that PE tub I would give it a day or two also, every time I grow PE I seem to say ok I’ll harvest tomorrow and then they’re noticeably bigger so I wait another day and that cycle goes on for 3-4 days.
They really fill out at the end, I take pictures to compare each day so I can see when they stop growing.

Another questions about my problem with condensation. Do u guys use Dishes with Air-Knocks(Air cams? Don't know the english word)?
Read nothing good about them in my foreign-language board, but they are 10 years behind in mush-growing there.
Condensation seems to be a big problem for me, like 35 of 40 dishes have such a heavy condensation i can't even see a bit and I need to find a fast solution. 20 of them are now for four days waiting to clear up but condensation is constant or maybe more.

Don’t know what air knocks are but you can put a hot mug on top of your stacks while they cool down to help with condensation. It helps a lot more if the mug is completely flat on the bottom (no ring)

Currently got some uncased sub running and colonizing, i didnt mix the grains too well it seems, in the surface some grains are a bit higher than substrate level as opposed to being one with it, also bottom of the sub doesnt look to be colonizing at some spots (indicating that no great number of grains has been there). Anyone got expeirence with this?

Glass beakers work well in the place of a mug since the bottom in flat and I believe most 1L beakers are pretty close to 100mm wide.
Phony, I kind of feel like you answered your own question. Grains need to be mixed better

So in the few years I've been at this I've never had to mist or water a sub, now for the first time I've got 3 tubs starting to fruit but surface conditions are dry as fuck.
What's a better idea, mist the shit out of it or use a syringe and Inject the sub? Don't know how i'd go about bottom watering them with liners?

Starting to pin? Or do you mean you just put into fruiting conditions

Just peel liner back a bit and pour\squirt water between sub and liner. I've injected water into sub, misted, and bottom watered. Can't say one is the right way but I can say that misting will result of droplets landing on the surface, the other 2 method will not. If worried about messing up pinset,I would do one of the other 2 options.

How far along? If not to far, I would say just glove up and mix it more. Few days to recover but should be fine. Like shaking a jar. If close to pinning, then I'm not sure how it would effect outcome, may be better off letting it play out in that case

Sound, I'll try a couple of shallow injections. The subs are still quite big, so they're retaining moisture. It's just surface conditions.
And to the other question. One is pinning heavily, one is full of immature fruits and the other is sparsely pinning, but it's an experimental tub I'm not too worried about (i tried without a top layer and halved my spawn)

I would mist if the sub is still hydrated

I thought that could affect the pinset, but honestly I have no reference for why I think that. I know it's not advised with pans, so maybe im gettimg mixed up. It would be a shame to harm the pinset of one of them in particular tho

if sub is good then it may be a fae issue that is drying out the surface a bit more. I ask this with no knowledge of your setup or experience so please take no offense: if using poly, when was the last time you dialed them in? I always go with micropore tape for ease of use but I am told a dialed in mono tub and sorta undial itself over time just from the everyday motions and flexing that the experience in normal use and movement.
I have not tried this either but many people report success in similar circumstances by laying a piece of plastic or bubble wrap over the surface to maintain a micro environment just above the surface. If sounds like everything is good just for some reason moisture is making its way up and out a little faster than normal.

Nah nothing with so much effort. I run unmodded monos, but I've moved house this year and some of my myco work has developed... quirks shall we say, this being the newest. If anything I normally have to increase fae. These 3 do sit higher in the room than normal, about 6ft to the bottom so it might just be convection drying them out. Not sure atm. It's weird when you get used to things being just so and then they aren't. Awkward cus when I started out it just worked now since moving I'm having to tweak things.
