On the subject of cleaning shoeboxes/tubs.

60ml of this stuff in a 1 gallon pump sprayer, a toilet brush jimmy rigged into the chuck of a cordless dewalt drill and the wifes favorite high pressure showerhead have been a godsend.

What’s the difference between LC and MS syringes? I already purchased one LC syringe and am wondering if it’s the wrong one to inoculate my grain bag

MS syringes are spores and water. LC is a live culture in a somewhat nutritious broth.
Edit: LC is the one you want for your grain bag.

What the secret to getting bigger 1st flush fruits? My first flush is normally only 3 - 4" tall but 2nd normally around or over 6". Is this caused by too much moisture in my sub, do you think? Granted my tubs are all ms, but I generally do 5 at a time on rotation, and the behaviour has been consistent for a while now.

Thanks, I have 5 growing out atm. The one I'm most hopeful for is taking its time tho. I guess I'll just suffer it out until they're ready.

That’s pretty normal ime. I rarely get big ones on the first flush except occasionally in bigger tubs.

That's a pretty legit idea! I've been using dawn dish soap and a wheel/tire brush. I don't wash my jars, but i've been thinking about chucking up a bottle brush in my drill to knock off any lingering grains.
An AA921 popped up yesterday on my craiglist (set up email alerts months ago) for $150. I really want to nab it, but the 921 seems silly when i already have two 23qt prestos. I set up the alert hoping to get a 941 or two, a 75x would be a dream but i have zero hope for that!

Man I been using prepless wbs . I let 4 pc’d jars sit out for about 3 weeks now . And 1 has yeast dots all over the grain and it looks like weak myc growing all over . I never even opened the jars . The only difference from this 1 out of the other 3 is it has a plastic ball lid . Maybe that’s my problem ? It has ez felt filter patch siliconed for ge. I’m faithful in the filter maybe the lid expanded when cooling and let in some bs.

Like loading liners was a time consuming cocksuck then trimming them. Taping was no good while loading and even spraying water would not let the liner stick while I loaded it causing shit to fall behind it. So I purchased a large mortar mixing tub and some ductwork. I built a table to hold the tub. I use an empty mono to mix my sub and spawn using a drill and paint mixer then simply throw an empty mono with a liner under the duct outlet, dump the spawn-sub into the mortar tray and it falls through into the middle of the liner so no more fucking stuff falling between the liner and tub or knocking the liner off the side lol.
I am toying with the idea of simply doing away with monotubs and using poly sheet to build a massive fruiting chamber.

I tape my tubs up.. hate liners too !!
taping does nothing.
i'm surprized people still bother with liners
I never have fkd up mushrooms growing under or down the sides of the sub ever !! To each his own..
