Somebody posted a picture of a walk in size sterilizer recently. I think it was to clean hotel stuff or something like that.

I wanted to set up a disk fogger humidifier kinda like that but with a float valve instead. Never went for it though cause I’ve heard those foggers can get messed up when you run em too much with hard water. Felt like too much work to set up a ro system before I got everything else set up for an edibles business Lol

You dont need an ro system if you just empty the bucket every other day or so and flush the system to avoid mineral build up

I've never had a problem with my pond fogger. Plus, even if you had build up you can soak it in clr to clean it up.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about em
Nate- I might get a smaller fogger with just a couple disks to see how it goes in my Martha. I’d hate to drop a bunch on a 12 disc and it end up shitting the bed lol.
P9-How hard is your water? Do you run the Teflon coated discs or just metal?

They're pretty commonly used.

I wouldnt get a 12 head for a single martha thats massive overkill.
My 1st edible greenhouse is 6'x3'x2.5' and it worked great with 2 single disk foggers.

I keep second guessing my lighting for my basement full of monotubs.
In one area I put the tubs when they begin to knot there is 8 x 4' dual bulb T8 fixtures using Phillips 6500K bulbs. Reading RRs commentary on lighting it seems you want as much light as close as possible but my fixtures are about four feet above my monotubs. I am now looking at adjustable light hangers to drop the fixtures closer and raise them when I am moving or working on tubs.
Then you have guys claiming a CFL throwing ambient light around is enough. It is maddening.
At some point I would like to switch to LED to achieve more with the same wattage. Right now 8 dual bulb fixtures at 32w per bulb is a touch over 500w.
It is plenty fucking bright when that timer comes on but I do not know how much energy is actually reaching the substrate.

I just meant to test with my water. Tastes like milk compared to city water. The 12 disc would be for a larger fruiting room

Do they look ok to you? Some of the bright ones look odd in my opinion... Any idea?

Mostly when they get soft, give one a gentle squeeze. Other things to look for are caps going navy blue and the fruit loosing its shiny smooth texture and taking on a slightly fuzzy look.

Question on misting. Do you ever stop? Does it cause aborts? I have mega knots but substrate seems dry

For cubes light misting is okay. You just wanna be able to see tiny droplets on the surface but no more than that. Over misting can cause matting which fucks up future pinsets

Yo, I got an RW print that keeps germinating like this
That's an older pic but I've germinated 4 plates now and they've all grown out like this. Most of my other cultures are sound, growth as normal. Is this normal for RW, should I just transfer as normal until I get white myc or is the print fucked? (Dont really know how a print could be fucked tbh)
NGL tho, a swab I got from the same source has been a nightmare for bac halos.
