Spawn bags with just an inch or two of uncolonized brown grain [Re: Spreadtheknowledge]

So I've had my spawn bags turning completely white for about 2 months. They're soo close to being completely white but there's a couple spots where the growth hasn't fully colonized. I worry if I leave them as is, something will go wrong and they'll eventually grow mold without fully colonizing. Should I continue to wait for them to FULLY colonize or is it safe to start fruiting them now?

And cool down
What are those things called? Pretty cool. They are a lot shorter than #7 handles right?

Fp calls em spears I think but I’ve no idea the generic term
C10, how long does that magic fire tube take to heat your #7 blades red hot? Takes me forever with a torch like a solid 15+ seconds. There’s one on Craigslist for 100 and I might snag it this weekend if nobody else does.

That's not a scalpel this is a scalpel use these with bacticinerators they wont get hot the handles r insulated heat and chemical resistant they r rounded at the end so you can rotate them easily they r 9 inches keep a large jar of bleach and rotate them every few transfers my buddy makes them hes starting a company these r by far the best scalpels on the market he also sells spears the same style you need scalpels this long so they dont get hot and the added length means added sterility keeping your hands as far away from plates as possible send him an email he has other shit too Mycosymbiotic@gmail.com

They're just regular scalpel handles dipped in some kind of coating.
@crashtest it's a bacticinerator used for sterilizing utensils.

It welded stainless with a chemical resistant insulator around it it's not a slip on it's a coating over welded steel
