An axe or a small hydraulic firewood splitter?

I answered in the other thread: no need to double post like that. There are plenty of qualified individuals eager to answer all over the place... its too wet, close it and walk away

If you turn them the right way theyβll peel apart because of the way their compressed into the brick..
The ones I buy anyway peel apart nicely..

The bricks I use, I stand one up tall and pour boiling water on it fairly slowly. They split left/right and spread away from the center. If you lay it like you would build a house with bricks, they split up/down and bits wonβt fall away naturally.

What kind of horse manure do you guys use for pans I see a bunch of different terms like leached, composted, aged. I also have cow manure available at home depot but I hear you need to use straw with cow manure or some shit.

You can use black cow. Or just regular patties from a Field. Age in the sun on a tarp and blend up in a blender.
Then mix with what ever substrate you want coir or straw or Vermiculite.

I just got some field aged patties yesterday to grow some pan cambos and cyans. I can't speak on it as I haven't used it yet but I plan to mix it with straw and verm possibly a little coir also.
