Somebody’s gotta keep sterilite in business!
Using grocery bags for liners might actually be worth it on that scale just to never have to clean the tubs.

Amen Brudha! Gnats abound here in PR. I even put up netting...

Tedious, just run tubs. SB's don't take advantage of the full potential of spawn at scale. 100 SB's is 20-25 tubs worth of spawn.

So the rice i posted yesterday is doing ok now
Does this LC look ready for testing it on agar? *(honey LC, will try brf and malt extract now)

And these tray is toasted i think, removed the foil and find this green grain... same question i made with the rice before, could i save something of this tray to agar for not loosing the strain?

White millet prep is so simple, the way I do it anyway. Straight from bag to PC, no prep millet. 1 cup millet, half a cup water, PC, done.

Rye is stupid easy to prep, its why I never tried anything else. Just rinse well, soak for a day, rinse again, boil for 15 minutes, then strain and shake and lay it out to dry. Its really hard to fuck it up.

No. And how water goes down the drain has nothing to do with the hemisphere. The Coriolis Effect is extremely weak.

I use room temp tap water and Eat's unbucket tek. Pasteurizing totally unnecessary.

Lol it is hard to fuck up indeed.
My prep is exactly like yours only with the times cut in half roughly. 12hrs soak and 5 mins boil (just so the rye dries faster from the heat really)
Also works every time. And probably all time schedules in between do too. Rye is easy af and its also why Ive never even considered trying something else

They might dry out, but they'll be ok. My tubs usually need daily misting. If I were to leave for 2 days, I'd heavy mist right before I leave.
