I think that’s just what happens when the steam collects in the vent and gets pushed out once the pressure overcomes it, after a couple sputters the water sizzles away on top of the pc. You mean like the vent sputters and makes that sound or it just happens randomly?

I feel so dumb. Apparently there are food safe silica packs and I bought the one that isn't food-safe specific. I bought this one https://www.ebay.com/itm/182515904400
Will these still work? Since they are not food safe, should they not be in physical contact with the dried mushrooms? Also, how many 3g packets do I use for each quart jar and for each gallon freezer bags?

Idk if mine are food safe either. I'm guessing it's fine as the paper packet keeps the actual silica away from touching mushrooms directly. Nobody's gotten poisoned yet at least.
As for your other question, a couple should probably do it. I don't trust freezer bags tho, so would put extra in those for extra safety.

Silica is inert. Food safe is probably same stuff in different packaging or sth. I never bothered with food safe stuff.

Yea the packaging is usually what distinguishes between food safe and non foodsafe. If you are concerned you can use a little foil to keep the silica away from the mushrooms. I'd use probably one or two 3g packets per quart. For a gallon size I just throw in like 3 or how ever many I end up grabbing. The mushrooms should be dry anyways silica is just a extra precaution so I guess the actual amount you put isn't too important.

Hey guys can u help me I have to restart fresh so these are the steps I think I should take spore syringe to grain jar, grain jar to 10 more, mix a tub, pick the nicest fruit, clone it to agar plate, make master plates and slants then keep using that clone over and over is there anything I'm missing or any different way I should do it?

You have to clean up the culture before it goes to grain. That’s what agar is for.
If you just shoot spores onto grain it will most likely fail.
It can be done but most spore syringes are dirty af.

Ok yea I have heard this I remember now so far every time I have put spores to grain it has worked perfectly so if it does work it basically cuts out a step right?

Well in that case you got lucky.
What you are doing right now is considered a multi spore grow. If you want to narrow down genetics or get into cloning to increase your yields your gona have to learn agar.
Oh and we’re not suppose to mention vendors names so you might want to edit that one out of your post.

If it works it cuts a step yes. That being said, if it doesn't work and you knock up say 12 grain jars and they don't contam until a month later you're back starting from scratch. By first cleaning your culture on agar you can be sure that every grain jar you inoculate is going to be clean and then you don't waste a lot of time and money. I mean you already mentioned agar as one of your steps so you might as well do it from the beginning.
I'm starting with this tek from Pastywhite
https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/19208976/fpart/1
It's been very easy and is going smooth so far and I suck at this.
Here's another useful thread

How many mm inoculation loop do you guys prefer for doing the "Z" pattern on agar with spores?

How long can you keep a pretri viable? Like if it goes through multiple cycles of pinning/dropping spores/pinning again etc.
