I was just looking up pasteurization methods and realized I could park my car in the driveway and throw jars into the backseat lol.
New experiment.
According to some calculations site inside my car should be around 155 most of the day. I’m gonna take the temp gun out there tomorrow and see.

My friend works construction and does that.
He’ll throw like a burrito or pizza wrapped in foil on the dash half an hour before lunch.
My favorite is watching dogs dance. The ground gets too hot and they kinda run in place it’s funny.
Well funny til it’s serious. Two years ago a guy down the streets toddler followed him outside with no shoes on and got second degree burns on his feet.

I spawned king oyster to a coir hardwood mix three days ago and it tore that shit up. It must really like the sawdust cuz it wasn’t nearly as quick on wbs. I swear I could almost see it colonizing the surface yesterday.
I just found out my phone can do timelapses, that would’ve been a perfect opportunity.

It is from you.
Dude I know nothing about these and there’s not much on Kings in tubs.
Should I let it consolidate or start fruiting it??
How big did they get for you?
That’s good to know I’ll try maxing fae. Although from what I’ve been reading some places keep it down to get those thick stems.

Hi there please some help with this foil trays inoculated 12 days ago.

I think the first one is doing well, because it got 4 inoculation points, but then i had just like 1.5ml for the second tray.
What should i do with the second? will it colonize all? Also i have them in some plastic boxes with the lid slightly loose inside a TiTi incubator.
Also i did a Coir Verm bulk with this grains and kept the lid slightly loose, also keeping it inside the incubator.

Any advices?

I think those trays would do much better with foil over them until they’re colonized.

Throw all that Tit shit away. Your gonna cook any Mycelium and it will be a wasted grow. Also throw out the instruction in your grow kit.
Feel free to ask any other questions here. And I agree with aka. little foil on top helps to keep your RH right where it needs to be until fruiting.

Im not really sure about fruiting in tubs either I put them in fruiting from day 1 I got a lot of very thick fruits and blobs. Not very manu big ones. Outdoors I eould get alot less but very beautiful and bigger fruit.

I usually use screw on modified lids. I have some non widemouth jars. Do you guys PC with the lid but no ring or do you just screw the ring on loosely to PC?

Thanks for the quick answers will foil them up. I really wanted to get something so i bought that 2 trays and the 2 grains that where bulked.
Also bought to them some LC to start doing my grain and they are looking good.

The pictures where taken when the rice had 4 days since inoculation and millet have only 2 days, they have grown more but havent take more pictures.
My room can get to 17~c° (62.6 f°) at nights, thats why i though incubator could be a good idea. Just turned it off btw, was going to shut it down anyways because i order a small room heater to use inside the growtent i keep everything. So gonna use the heater with water inside my martha fc that im setting up for fuiting.

Just make sure your not cooking your grains. I would maybe use the TIT and set it to 75. A space heater can dry out your sub.

Here are some fatty Rustywhyte. I harvested like 2oz already and there still most of it left. They are some of the biggest I've had with just first flush and so many. Geez. I love this rustywhyte. Most were at least 30g average. Thick as my thumb. Filled 3 trays and left over half. Here's pic of the biggest and the dong w/sack

Yeah there was two of them like that. One had a hole underneath in the middle. Like its butthole. It was weird how it grew. The other RW tub has some huge weird ones in it. I'll take pics when I get them
