I wasnt even counting edibles/medicinals lol
Currently Im working a lot w tamps, galindoi, the AA+ culture that produced the 3495g AA+ flush that made that 295g fruit in my sig, burma, and amazon
On grain and agar i also have: toc, pesa, pan cyan jam, pan cyan alabama, pan cyan wild coast, ape, purple mystic, averys albino, b+, rustywhyte, GATZ, CRS, maztapec, melmac, pe, orissa , transekei, pe6
Exotic wise I have p. Sub. And azurecens on grain, and soon to start ovoids and ps cyan
Would have about 8 more going but couldnt get them to germinate
I'm sure I'm forgetting something lol

3500g flush? Jesus, thats like a 12 dry ounce harvest off one flush. Did you do a log for that? Id love to see a picture of the whole tub lol.
Im literally just building myself back up from scratch on the Myco front. Had to buy everything again. Lost my vast collection of spores and cultures long ago. Starting with a few cubes to get my feet wet again (Mazatapec and Columbian Rust Spore on grain and Averys Albino, Texas Orange Cap, Rusty Whyte, and Melmac on plates), then I wanna get a bunch of medicinal stuff rolling along with some edibles.
Plus wanna roll with some stone producers and some "exotics".
One step at a time tho. It sucks having to rebuild and restock a ghetto bedroom lab from scratch again.

I'm pretty sure I documented it in a thread somewhere, I will dig up some of the pics. That 295g fruit in my sig and the other sig pic are both from that same flush. Had at least 12 fruits over 150g and most were around 100g lol.. some hit the lid of the mono
I let that tub mature MUCH longer than it should have ideally, dumped spores and got ugly etc, because i realized it was gonna be a personal best in terms of weight so I just fed it water until they stopped putting on weight. Insane how much water they sucked up during fruiting. Sub was hpoo/straw/verm/coir/gypsum
I also had to start over recently, seemed like 90% of my spore collection just refused to germinate. Fortunately I had some of my favorite cultures on slants like 3yrs old that all revived fine. That "AA+ Monster Clone" culture, p.sub, azure, tamp fast fruiting isolate, galindoi quick stone isolate, etc.. Still had my flowhood (put lots of effort into that one) and lots of lab glass/equipment so I was at least able to hit the ground running. Imma slant everything interesting this time around

Lol thanks buddy
It was definitely a personal record. 66qt tub
I really lucked out with the clone culture, it puts out weight with good potency, every time . They dont get nearly as big without manure/straw tho. That's why I was so amazed by what's monster pe from straight coir. On manure or straw tho, this culture puts out fruits over 100g every time

I tried dehydrating a desiccant pack today and it seemed like it came out dry. I will try in the next couple days if I get a chance to do a small test. I will weigh like 5 desiccant packets then close them in a zilock with cup of water overnight. After that I will weight again to see how much water they absorbed and throw them into the dehydro for 8 hours then measure again afterwards to see how close they get back to the baseline weight.

They're also supposed to be safe to dry in the oven if the temp of the dehydrator isn't quite enough for what you want

Seems like a great experiment, let us know how it turns out!

Thats insane! What a freakin tub. For sure thats something you make an extra slant of just to keep in the fridge for years just in case lol. Ive never had a fruit hit the 100g mark.

I was just thinking about doing something similar gizmo, definitely interested in that.
With lc I think you gotta pour it man.
Or sterilize a needle and suck some up.
Is it liquid or an actual slant culture labeled wrong??

Um, are you asking me AKA? If so, it's a correctly labeled slant full of myc, agar, and even a stick.

Fair enough, I never seem to pay attention. I'll email the guy and ask what the LC means.

it is a liquid culture of living mycelium
edibles can be sent in liquid cultures because they are not illegal
Oh wow! Thankyou, this noob's still larnin!
So I'll just carefully pour a drop to a couple plates then...

Well I'm sure glad I asked. I just pictured opening the slant to look inside and pouring it all out! OMG!

it looks like a slant to me. I've never seen a lc with a craft stick in it lmao. They probably used a lc to inoculate the slant. Is it liquid or is it solid? if liquid it's a LC if solid it's a slant.

OMG! OK SO.... It looks like there are a couple agar wedges in there. There's no bubbles, and it's "like totally" full of myc.
Ok for post above, thanks guys... Ok...emailed da guy, waiting for reply, film at 11:00!
