Please elaborate the dangers in warped PC's. Mine is slightly rounded at the bottom, I think it was from running it almost dry. I've used it a dozen times since and haven't blown up yet. I'm using it now.

Are these the stir bars I want?
I bought a plate that came with 1, and looking to buy more so I can do multiple jars at 1 time

The danger is metal fatigue. Very small stress fractures can develop which weakens the metal leading to more stress fractures and\or growing stress fractures which makes the metal weak, so on and so forth. Not saying it's going to blow tomorrow, but it outs a big question mark on the structural reliability of that cooker.

Those stir bars are fine. It all depends on how big your LC jars are and what type of stirrer you have, though.

Even if you don't, it's way easier to support the element with a metal flange than pounding out your pc bottom, lol.

I just stick a fork in the corner of my burner so it doesn't collapse under the weight of the pc

Those will work. The stir bar retriever is nice too. I got a variety pack just to try out different shapes but by no means are these needed. I specifically liked the cross bar.

Noob question here. Is it possible to inoculate azuresces on wood logs using plugs ? Like you would do with shiitake? And have them buried on horizontal. It seems so much less work this way than using sawdust or wood chips to create a bed.

Good to know, thanks. I suppose I'll have to get a new one. Mines only 16q, this is a good excuse to upgrade to 23qt.

Same, mine said delivered on the 11th to Las Vegas. I've never even been to Vegas lol. Emailed the company this morning, waiting on a response.

Well mine went to Texas so they’re all over. Maybe we overwhelmed them and they’re mixing things up. Or hopefully it’s getting re routed cuz pretty sure it said it wouldn’t come til like the 24th.

Does anyone have experience getting mushrooms through customs (international flight)?
I’m guessing you can just bring powder in a can of “spices” cause dogs aren’t trained to smell mush (I assume). But it still feels sketchy. What’s the most stealthy method?

I’ve been “told” grinding them into capsules and putting those into a supplement jar is no problem.
Even just dry fruits mixed into trail mix or something would be fine. But...serious risk doing any of it.
Didn’t see international...I was talking domestic. Prob depends where you’re headed and where you’re coming from. A lot of places are super strict about any kind of food though, so...prob not a great idea.
Maybe send yourself a package.

I couldn't find lime bc all the garden sections are full of seasonal crap so I substituted baking soda as a test casing in two x7x monos. I just used half ass much bc it's sodium bicarbonate instead of calcium carbonate.
About coir contam. I have snakes and I've had coir sit around for months with no contamination. Is it possible that some other nutes were mixed in? I think coir is supposed to be the husk from the outside of the coconut, maybe during processing some coconut or coconut milk was spilled on it. Coconuts mold in a few days in open air.
