I can live with that explanation. thank you V
@ Ricky. Yesh thata what I was curious about . If taking wedges from both growths was beneficial or not. If there would be a purpose or reason to

I been lightly following along here so hopefully im not being redundant.. I was advised that a 2nd flush clone generally may not perform as well as a 1st flusher.
I have run two clone batches (B+ & LGT) and both of them showed what appeared to be clear signs of stunted growth due to over hydration of the substrate.
Both clone batches also showed signs of being a clone grow; like a bonerific pinset and what i wud consider to be slight but noticable homo..homogen..y.ie... Idk how the fuck to spell that.

I love ya. But a lot of work.
Unfortunately I was in hyperspeed and didn't even get to the Yoda plate reading the post before responding to the first portion (something I'm HORRIBLE at and trying to work on) and then overexplanation takes hold lol

Just learned something! Thanks, Caps. I had figured a clone was a single genetic isolate!
What I'm here for man... OH! And ALL the bitches!

That's a joke... I gots no bitches
Stacking your plates, and placing them in a place to avoid wide temperature variation... also, waiting for the agar to nearly set before pouring... it's an art really...
Wrote this out and then read the last page, with the temp swings and verums response... posting anyways, #fukit

It also helps to let them set before bagging Or wrappingthem

SAB I used to cover the armholes with saran wrap and leave 24hrs before using/wrapping... now when I pour, they sit in flow for an hour after the pour before getting bagged

I honestly just cover the nearby vents and leave em till i get to em (not like central air is on this time of year) agar is cheap and ill keep doing it until i see an issue with it

So in theory if you take a tissue sample form a fruit, let it grow out a plate a bit, take many transfers from all around the plate, let those plates grow out a bit and make sure they clean, then use all those clean cultures to innoc a single grand master, make masters/slaves from that, and spawn a tub with all those jars, im thnking you wud wind up with fruits from that grow that are very much like the original clone.

No... what about the tissue itself? The culture left behind from transfering? These contain genes as well... I think you're missing the point: THERE IS NO POINT! Isolation of GOOD genetics is the goal my friend, NOT preservation of ALL genetics...
If you take a clone, the resulting fruit will contain the genetic composition of that fruit... further and further isolated... until eventually, you've only one strain (present the entire time)
