You're the execution man here, Caps. I'm just the ideas man. Now, I will later for sure, just want my underling bod to give the okay and way in.
If there isn't one and it would be allowed in mush cult, some immediate ideas I would put forth for ground rules would be no OfferUp or Craigslist type sites because they give away location. Probably some strict rules regarding cultures and prints and all that jazz because the marketplace and vendors forum already does that.
And nothing that directly conflicts with the vendors of course. I feel like that might be the biggest red tape. But I would just be thinking Hardware type shit in tools anyway.
I hear bod has a piece of the action on most of the vendors, that's why he so ruthlessly enforces stuff. Word on the street is he is saving up to overtake a big coir producing plant in Thailand with corn. Bod talks Thai. Bod talks Thai real well.
But I digress. Bod, let me know what you think and if it doesn't conflict with your plans for world domination, I'll write up a first draft today and send it on over to you. I got some ideas floating around. Or maybe I'll just go ahead and do it without checking in, after all, you work for me!

question on inkbird controller. I have the humidity controller, and it has 2 work inputs (humidify/dehumidify)
Can I put a split on the humidity input so that I can also have a fan wired to the controller?
In my head it sounds right, the controller would trip the fogger to come on, and at the same time the fan
Something like this or better yet

Yes you can. You can plug a power strip into it and run multiple items.

My only worry for this would be when deals go off-sale and are still links (basically the thread is constantly outdated). I'm for it though! I buy some shit on super discounts at least every other month.

Ive grown some really small buggers, I hope they're potent.

The mature one is like 1.5cm. Its a South American multi spore culture.
Can the smallness be just genetic related? even if its a multispore? Or is it conditions?

Could be genetics, but it being MS... and ALL of them? Seems like conditions... judging by the photos, the sub was either mixed to wet, or a bit dry, and overmisted to compensate? Looks too dry, but got some blotch on a few caps suggesting water standing too long (misting too heavily)... could just be bacterial, but the rest of the fruit look ok...
Nailing field capacity initially makes or breaks a set and forget box: which will give you the best results IME

Yep, one of my "rules" I have for the rough draft is you must post an expiration date if available and make a good effort to mark expired if so. But I mean either way it's going to wind up a thread with tons of dead links, but new ones get posted, so just go to the last page like this thread. I'm not going to be updating the first page over and over, ha.
One thing I would do is suggest ways to tag your post with pre-defined unique identifiers for specific categories and/or products, e.g., everyone posting a deal on coir include something like "Deal ID: Coir381" and I can link in OP to the search results for that sorted by date. And exclude results with Expired tag. Tagging ability for main threads should've been done a million years ago.
Definitely can be done pretty easy, although I always have ideas that are beneficial, not tough to implement, but my lack of time fucks me up. I'm like Kramer and shit on here.

Maybe too dry then. Ive been trying not to mist but did once or twice on this tub because it looked dry. Ive just noticed the sub has already started shrinking. Could bottom watering help the last ones to mature grow?
Trying to get that field capacity nailed!

A bottom water will hydrate, might not be too late this flush... remember that misting is for surface moisture, not hydration... bottom water if you must mid flush, or mist heavily a day or two after harvest to simulate a substantial rain

FC is kind of tricky, to be honest, since there's not really a quantifiable measurement for how hard to squeeze. But eventually you just get it. You should post a video of you doing the squeeze test. I did that once while in my first few weeks. It was sopping wet and I posted like 7 more in a row slowly getting closer LOL, don't do that.
Yes, small fruits could definitely be genetics. And you could run it again and likely get different results in a full-size tub. Your second flush could also look a lot different (almost always less fruits, but bigger). I just ran Mazatapec and Stropharia MS and only got a LOT of smaller fruits. You can introduce FC later and wind up with less fruits, but bigger in some instances.
I agree it looks dry, but don't think it's over-misted. Caps always thinks you damn noobs are over misting and spraying fruits like they're black folks and you're a racist cop in 60's Alabama. To be fair Caps has probably run (and paid better attention) to way more of the SB tubs than me.
Either way, I spray the fuck out of my fruits and never have issues. They're mushrooms man. 90% water. It is my opinion that those fuckers are kind of hard to fuck up with water unless you're pooling it on that bitch by duping or hose.
I would spray that bitch like WHAT and leave it open for a while. I do this as often as I can with smaller tubs that tend to dry out a lot. Oh, and definitely take a clone from that cluster in the middle.

The tub faucet on full hit tons of these mushrooms and they LIVED TO TELL THE TALE (for another 20 minutes til I cut 'em like a SAVAGE).

Edit- I received a negative rating because of giving first fives, is that frowned upon? It was done to me, so I thought I'd pay it forward? Am I in the wrong? I'm confused...
